I can only go by my own experience.

Certainly some of the slimeball health care of this administration is due to the Senators of my past State (never again my state though) legislation to stop malpractice suits. By doing that they empowered medical care to act like the thieves in the night they are.

And what has obama done for Medicaid and the clinics that lower income people such as myself use? In my experience backwards negative.

Today my sister sent me an article from yahoo. It was poorly researched and written with very old data. It had little to do with the problem that New York City gave me. Oh and by the way had I not been made homeless I would be working right now in New York City. That is why surely one way or the other there will be accountability. I think the best way is via a book published all over the world with book tours and tv shows all over the world. Don't you? I'd love them to sue me as there is nothing stronger and more lovely as having all the evidence in pocket and of course being the defendant :P If I have won 4 plaintiff cases in second hand smoke, rent overcharge, labor harassment and landord harassment then duh-uh...

I wrote her that is only a minor part of what is going on and I think I got rid of them by putting petroleum / coconut oil in my hair.

Another part is the bottfly. I have picture of the larvae coming out of my ears, or being pulled out by some sort of thing that sucks it out, something that looks like little rodents biting on my ear. I have a picture from two days ago with the bottfly larvae eating on my eye.

I had a retinal scan done with a complete opthalmalgic exam done only a week ago. I was prescribed $135 antibiotic which CVS got changed to antibiotic you would give a cat for $13.95. I had chronic pinkeye for quite a while I was told. hmm I was happy with the quality of that are though.

I looked up bottfly today and found a picture of the larvae. I have the picture of one adult that I managed to crucify with a nitpicker. I showed that picture to my brother and he freaked out. He went to the bank and got $300 cash for me to go to a "real" doctor. Unfortunately you can't go to a "real" doctor unless you have another $600 for the double billing primary physician. And "really" how real are they? So I did not touch his money but thanked him for his good will.

Today I had a moment to positively identify the bottfly and the condition it causes in humans. Yes I have pictures that match.

Perhaps one of the brave efforts to get a job where I am now will happen? Or the business effort I am making will bloom? I don't know too many people who are as skilled, principally certified, legal skills that win four cases that lawyers don't win, beauty, sleekly in shape, great personality, kind, generous, all references say incredibly capable, helpful, team player, very bright, very talented and very visionary. Do you? I doubt it because the NOT HIRING sign says those are not qualities they are looking for.

Contrary to Seth Godin employers are looking for quite average. That is why while they quite loaded they basically are nothing else. Health care is an industry that epitomizes the lacking in Amerian industry today. No vision found there.

Yep like I said if I can take care of these problems I will. I have been since day one and nobody has been helping but surely they have been charging me $1,000s so I can see what morons they are.

There will be a book and it will be published in the UK. Soon enough. Just trying to see if I will get insurance that will lead to good healthcare. Every book needs a happy ending afterall. Possibly I'll make it to Sweden before 2013. Working on my Swedishness too.

I walked to a supermarket today. Inside I encountered marketing verbs and nouns "crave".

I thought about this Crave consumer baptism.

When we have everything we crave nothing and when we have nothing we crave everything.

I feel we are just revolving the same evolution. Revolution is sudden cultural and social shifts and this isn't it. This isn't even near "It".

Inez in the Middle

In this valley that is not dwarfed by the stunning Santa Catalina Mountains surrounding it in the High Sonoran Desert I have become a student of plants.

This locale is part of the region that hosts more wild edible plants than anywhere else on the planet. It is dense with cactus, succulents and mistletoe. Each area of Arizona has a cactus it is known for. This valley is best known for its Saguaro cactus.

This valley is the best of quite a lot. I am a student of that also. Top 10 tech companies. Best Best Places to Live in Arizona. Best Towns for Families. Best Places in America to Live and Launch a Small Business.

The best and most remarkable story I have heard in this Valley so far is about Inez in the Middle. Yes Inez is my middle name and my grandmother's first name. Inez is the name of a woman who died in a knife fight when she came between two men in a row over her in Mexico.

Mexico is less than two hours away from here. I have never been to Mexico.

Wow! what an answer!

I was made homeless in New York City this last September 2011 by multiple rat infestations and other varmint infestations in my apartment. I had had severe headaches and bites on my head since that time.

After trying all kinds of things including USA health care I decided to take up meditating. I don't know why but I had dropped my spiritual side when I took up with drummer boy oh so long ago. I take the total blame. Almost six years later we split up. I went to all kinds of therapy to resolve what went on during those years. I never turned back to spirituality except a decade later with two years of every day Bikram Yoga. Then again I had to drop that. Six years and I am picking up meditation to see if I can pull up another manifestation than current undesirable one that shows up in my hair in all pictures.

So now I am back to Wow! Who'd a thunk! I am meditating and I am getting all kinds of Wow! answers. When I went to the University of Houston in the 70s I was a social work major. I had lots of admirers. I went around like this dreamy Botticelli in the long California dreamin' skirts and ruffles with my hair braided. I made all my clothes and I was 100% wholesomeness. No anger vocabulary had ever crossed my lips. Actually I learned what I knew (past) from drummer boy who could curse like a sailor :)

Quite a few times students from the School of Architecture (SOA) asked for some time from me. They were oh so handsome. There was no way I was going to let anything keep me from going to New York City. I never got it. My mind was not California dreamin' though my body was. My mind's status quo was New York City.

So here I am applying to the SOA as a student and I am wrapping up this case study I have been doing on a public park here. Its layers and layers of yes you did the right thing. Every step of the way. Its just perfect. Its a very rich and perfect life. Gratitude. Who knew? I thought for sure I was damaged goods after the rats.

I am leaving Houston for a few weeks to work on one of my mini businesses in AZ. I'll be back. I do want to be back in New York City though. I have a feeling that despite Houston study I'll will be back in New York before this year is out. I wonder what my exasperated sculpture teacher will think of this direction. She gave me so much guidance and so did my Sumi-e teacher. I am full of gratitude.

Yes there are still many physical obstacles. I feel confident that continued meditation will see me through them. Today I received a free eye exam from an elite doctor. I paid for a retina exam. I was told I had chronic conjunctivitis and I have to take antibiotics for it. I have had it for quite a while. That's all that is wrong with my eyes. At 58 years I still do not need glasses and have no other problems with my eyes. I was tested extensively on my eyes' capacity. I did not receive this kind of care in New York City. Wow! Gratitude!

Indeed there are jobs in Boston.

I actually have been pinpointing where I might geographically fit in the world. I found out that the US east coast offered me the best opportunities for working for someone else. The US west coast offered the best entrepreneurial spaces. Sweden offered me the best partnerships, sharing, emotions and art.

Honestly I just want to be able to walk down the street without getting smoked on. I want to come to a home free of varmints and smoke. Is that too much to ask? apparently so.

One has to choose. I think Boston is in the top five for happiness, so pointing back further east might be a great guide point for me.

The 10-year thing

Earlier in this 2012 I wrote that the Best of Trendy was ten years old and looking for independence. Wait a minute ... not so fast ..

The real deal is that my blogging experience is 10 years old with blogspot/blogger -- "Venus New York", "She's A Good Egg Martha", "What Would George Say" and "In Memoriam...." and the unshakeable Best of Trendy.

Independence, Identity? blah that experience is so cliche :P

Honestly Best of Trendy is a brand. A wiser but way younger ad director said once "You definitely have a brand but I don't know what it is". Another brand expert bumped into me at social media's first boot camp. Upon hearing my blog's name he said wait a minute. He stepped away and came back and said after doing the stats, that the name is worth billions. Finally the best of trendy won an unsolicited platinum award from a major affiliate marketing company in 2006.

So they were somewhat excited. Me. Well things come easy. I'm not about cashing in for dollars. I am waiting for gold. I continue on with my wicked ways at least until BOT turns ten.

Detaching from success

Certainly I have been searching for my soul in years past. So much soul that well I think the street pod fairy gave me a big kick pre-Christmas 2011 right out of New York City. [who'd a thunk that I'd get the same kick -- see "A Christmas i-tune by what in the Dickens".]

Its good, its all good, I muttered embodied with anger at the very idea of it.
I shared most of this on my blog in 2011. People sent me their prayers, their kind thoughts and tried to aid me, worried about me.

In 2012 I said I release you from my problem to all. I tried to put a lot of this mess in draft as it will have its place somewhere and sometime else.

Basically I came to the conclusion that the health care in our country is not prepared for what I have. I should not expect them to be. Unemployed, uninsured, not of elite wealthiness materially. Those are my problems, not my nation's. I did all kinds of research. Could I have a virus, fungus, a moving whatever (anything that moves on your head research :).

I did find thought that my nation was highly and expertly prepared to charge me for any care or thought they bestowed upon me. Sometimes triple billing me and continuing to bill me though I had paid them.

I found there are thousands of people that have far unfriendly things attacking them on the outside. Is mine just inside? That they fought the health care in this country and the solution was some drug that is used for acne. The diagnosis would not be a standard thing to request as it doesn't follow the protocol, the circles and maps that health care employees are trained and ordered to follow in this country where insurance companies are King.

So I release them. I do not expect to get health care. I expect to continue the assortment of holistic care that I have DIY'd. Mainly I am cutting cords. I didn't know I was doing that.

I had been feeling this fear after a San Francisco company had called me about a job. They have a perfect job for me as far as my skill set, experience and capability.

Was the fear that followed good for me? Will it consume me? I know the next step for me is westward ho! San Francisco. I do have to be careful where I step though. There is plenty of work for me in New York City right now. Even a half-step up would help me very much right now. I went back for a rethink that resulted in several more applications to companies headquartered in San Francisco today. I add value to them in a different way. Better.

On Kickstarter.com you have to market a highly attractive product. Its a good exercise. You figure out the minimum amount you'll need to kickstart your business and the amount of time you'll need for kickstarter funding (the "deadline, 1 to 90 days allowed). Your marketing pitch has to receive your minimum kickstart funding within your deadline or its ditched.

Compare it to the SEC Information for Small Businesses.

I found many of the winning kickstarter.com projects could have satisfied a venture capitalist. So why are they on kickstarter?

Answer: 100% Independence and 100% Control. These two factors drive the passions of an entrepreneur. They are factors you won't experience with the SEC and the stock market. Nor will most venture capitalists bow to that. Angel Investors? Forgetta 'bout it!

That is why Kickstarter and Crowd Funding Securities are apples and oranges. There is no comparison. They cannot be hitched.

I had an opportunity to watch Bill O'Reilly the other night. I was told the show was a best of 2011 collection of reruns. One prominent theme was griping about Obama's administrations attempt to balance income tax according to middle class economy. huh? yep that's what the man says.

I think Bill and his guests have got it wrong though. Its not how much you make or how much you have after taxes. Its not about how the taxes are spent on those who are for one reason or another unable to be sufficiently employed. Sufficiently employed is a guideline that means nothing as its buried underneath the uber rich cost living in most American urban centers.

This issue of "a new base tax rate for the wealthy to ensure that millionaires pay at least at the same percentage as middle income taxpayers" is a long drawn out calamity that will get nowhere.

The real issue is Random Acts of Economy; i.e. voluntary loopholes in the tax system that go to the rich, corporations and anyone else making BIG dollars.

Why can't we just have Random Acts of Economy that would delete all our nation's income tax loopholes. Only then could Mr. Obama's equalization taxation begin to work.

What? You say tax lawyers and accountants would become obsolete? Well join the club in redirecting your talents and expertise to better opportunities.

The soul behind such Random Acts of Economy is that we do not just live within our own privileged economy. That we live connected to lesser and higher economies.

Really Sweden has got it. Why don't we?

I had the privilege of working on a Random Acts of Kindness project in 2006. Its amazing how many people rejected and over analyzed the acts of kindness offered them in this New York City project where free cups of coffee and a free ride on New York City's transit system were offered. The few who accepted were grateful plus plus.

The project was not wholly pure as it marketed a television series. I'm a fairly good actress and an easy person to talk to in a grocery line so I sensed something far deeper was in play than who I was. I felt the pain of ourselves as a city, as a nation.

I was summarily kicked out of my home and made homeless in New York City. I worked for a living, I paid my rent on time and I was an exemplary tenant (witnessed by the return of my deposit and constructive eviction). Can it be that $975 a month cannot pay for the right to eat, breath and sleep?

I could not even eat in my apartment. There were roaches in my water and rats crawled and pee'd over everything I owned. The New York Magazine ran an article about livability naming my neighborhood, Sunnyside, Queens, New York #3. That's how I found it. Notice livability is not habitability and livability means nothing at all. It is just a marketing tool.

How can this be that I came to New York City in the early '70s and worked my way up and never stopped. How can this be? Only angry words and words of anger exist. Certainly I have cross-challenged every category and function in my company site searches for a job.

I was interviewed for a couple of jobs and that is more than I have received in New York City in the past 10 years. Federally mandated IDs with your birthdate blasting away have ruled during this decade. Tenure and quotas have mean't no consideration and no interviews.

I have not seen a rat, roach or cigarette smokers within yards of where I am staying. That is no small thing. I like that tremendously. I have been able to work on my businesses and get them on a plan. I was not able to have this focus in my New York City rat and tobacco smoke ridden apartment.

I was reviewing benefits for this $11.35 an hour job at a university today. You must wait 90 days before you are covered by their medical insurance policy. Also the dental care is $1,500 max and does not cover orthodontia for anyone under 19 years old. That is so discriminatory when you realize that my needs are not cosmetic they are about bone loss. Sorry but I could not apply for such a job. I think I am not going to get medical help unless I move to California. The part time job I applied for in South San Francisco gives immediate health benefits.

I have kept this recording of a voice mail from a nationwide agency here. I listen to it a lot. It gives me a sense of fairness. You are a fabulous secretary and all of your references (and they did speak directly with all the firms I worked with in New York City) were awesome. You have amazing test scores. We want to utilize you. The problem is the jobs in their category demand tenure and Texas litigation experience. The door is closed to capability or what I have done in the past.

Certainly I have applied to the city, universities and oil companies. I researched and sent out four resumes and cover letters today. I do not receive unemployment because I am not willing to have a third case with the New York State Department of Labor. Two in progress is enough.

It does take time to get a job but I don't have any time left. I need insurance. So once again, like a star crossed lover I leave my birthplace, Houston, Texas.

"I'd Love To Turn You On" in this case was the company name for a writer's community. This was my first introduction.

I think the phrase is the ultimate dream relationship for every entrepreneur and their customer.

According to Urban Dictionary the term was coined by the Beatles in the "Day in the Life" and is commonly assumed to refer to sex and the use of marijuana. The real use referred to by "the four" was LSD as dropped by hippies and stoners.

I use the phrase to reference the desire to get your customer hooked on your product.

I was reading "China's emerging attitude towards jobs". Very interesting title. The new generation of one child families produced "little emperors" who practice "naked resignation". "Naked resignation" is when people quit without being covered by the security of another job. 22% of big city Chinese dwellers between 22 and 35 have actually practiced "naked resignation".

The article states that this principle will become more common as living standards in China improve. Like the Americans coming of age in the '60s these Chinese "will listen more with their hearts".

I looked back at coming of age in the '70s and thought about how I did not take a permanent job. I was always in demand. I followed the dollar though. I taught myself everything and I benefited from that.

I did a "naked resignation" from a job on Wall Street at the age of 48 years after a year of getting about 4 hours of sleep every day and commuting for 5 hours a day. It was prestigious and most people would have loved it. However I had been fortunate all my life with such jobs. I really did not like the fact that my technology had been dropped from the product and now I was given all the problems that administrators could not figure out I was the final tester before things went out on the wire. That means no matter that I came in at 7am when I was finished at 7pm I was held back Even by the time I would get home to Poughkeepsie, NY I would have phone calls waiting for me. I tried to find other jobs and could not. There just was not the freedom to do so. So I started a bookshop and it was successful until people started selling books for a penny. Then I had an electronics shop. Then I just cooked and cleaned for HE for a few years while I watched my businesses drop out. Actually I had a successful "She's a Good Martha" and "What Would George Say" blog and cafe press (did I do that? I pinch myself) He reminds me to this day how mad that made him. Hey I was a good cook.

If I seem a total disaster now I don't think it is as a result of my naked resignation from my last IT job. Its just after 9/11 New York just inflated and devalued.

I will be fruitful again. Its within my grasp.

I shared the video with my mom and sister at the breakfast table video proclaiming this inspires me. Can I share it with you? My sister got it and got on her email right away to send the video to her friends. My mom said "Who is John Follis?" Maybe lululemon will put that on their shopping bags?

Would toastmasters have helped Herman Cain with the very common political challenge of what crucial action would a candidate take in international affairs? Absolutely. He would be able to fill the gap with a responsible communication. The answer to that question is very simple. At this moment I can answer that question as Citizen Cane. I cannot answer it as the President of the United States. Meaningful pauses would have yielded a bountiful 40 seconds of effective communication.

I took up residency in an apartment that was above a boiler room and garbage area that were in disrepair. I entered the rats home. The first week of July 2011 I figured out the stench and second hand smoke I complained of within the first week of residency was caused by rats etc. By the end of September 2011 I was chased out of my apartment. I was made homeless and moved out of state. I had work but no place to live in New York City. I had invested a great deal of time on securing a high ranking for that work. I have a place to live short term, no work and the aftermath of rats in my hair. Do I have to be made so... to lose? I ask that of myself all the time.

ER rooms cannot deal with maggots, mites and things crawling around in external caverns of your head because they are not life threatening. They are not allowed to do so under federal law. I would have to go to clinic.

I was treated like a little girl who had once again worn patent leather shoes and asked where is your mother? I said she is 82. They said oh, that explains it.

Why had I come there? Because I saw they had specialties and gave a sliding scale to the uninsured. I also had called ahead and said I did not have a life threatening situation only a situation that is getting worse. They said come in.

Worse? I am woken up in the middle of the night painfully whimpering and it feels like something is biting in my head, pressure on eyes and frontal, headache, back of head swelling and pain. I use where it hurts vision and take iphone video. This started happening two weeks ago when I woke up to a whole lot of biting pains in the back and top of my head.

The nurse said you are going to have to get a doctor and you are going to spend a lot of time getting this resolved. I really don't feel that way. If someone would just look at the iphone video that I take when the pain is occurring they could just use forceps and grab it out and bag it so I could show the world. The nurse said they never look at iPhone videos.

Mental notation: I will never use this place again then for not being so enlightened. I do not fault them. I understand their position. They have no liability for lack of help. They did what they could do.

The doctor's diagnosis? A general physician of course. They don't have specialists there as their website appears they call specialists for life threatening conditions.

Atopic Dermatitis - Adult

That would confirm what I am telling them. Dermatitis results as a result of contact and sensitivity to something touching the affected area (my scalp).

I really do want to move to a city that has good transportation and good housing. I know that I can find good housing in Berkeley, CA. This is my current aim.

I am looking for a big magnifying glass that I can put on top of my head with a pair of forceps. Maybe I can get my big brother to pull some of this stuff out. Honestly I am not aiming to pace myself through the circuit of "symptoms as they occur" and doctor's approval of such. Its not my game.

Wednesday night is family night in my mom's house.

We will get some take out, make something or go out to eat.

Last Wednesday there was no doubt I topped that. I had hot sake spilled upon me by a mesmerized waiter. Sam said I think he was trying to get your attention.

I made a little impromptu video of the double fudge brownie that was given to us to compensate for the sake.

My 10 month old great niece rated the video "one viewing only." She is incredibly bright.

This Wednesday my mom provided the top this with the news about Justin Bieber. SAM went to the court house to get license plates that were at her car dealer, "I" got his iphone 4s out of school jail and I having 103 degree temperature was asked by my mom "are you just going to lie in bed all day".

Note my mom did procure vitamin C and mouth wash for me later on. "Mom, they just don't make them like you any more", I said. My mom does stuff when she is sick.

Related is doing time once again. I call him Related because when he was a boy and his severe ADD got him three times his age in trouble I would advocate for him and always ran up that wall called you are only Related.

I went to visit Mr. R. and it turned out only two people were allowed for the one visit a day. So the wife and baby and father went and Related stayed behind. In this case Related was me.

I stood for about an hour after already relinquishing two hours in a long line with the other two visitors. I was just amazed at the fact that all the visitors were poor people. There was an Indian couple there and I was telling my mom how surprising that was. She said maybe they didn't understand it (being some infraction of the law that they would be so punished).

I said exactly. All those people didn't understand it and I bet you over 85% have no capacity to follow the "rule" that they broke. They are not going to learn in jail and they are going to continue to be in jail and meanwhile an industry thrives on it.

After which I proceeded to tell her how the County had arrested and booted her car. I took a picture of it and was going to take a picture of the outrageous warning on my mom's car window and the orange jacketed guy with the credit card machine said don't take pictures in front of me.

Oh I forgot I am in Texas. pffft! I think he said to me before this that you knew you were supposed to take the receipt from the machine. He was talking down to me. I said actually this is the first time I have been here and since no receipt came from the machine ... well and I talked up to him. I guess he had to bite back.

I laughed they had already put their grimy hands all over my New York license judging the birth year and me.

This is the crime that the County got away with and no one dares hold them accountable. They made my brother sign that he had not put $5 in the machine for parking and he pleaded true to the fine. He signed it. I would not have signed it. How can you declare that which is not true? You just can't. They would have not released the car. I would have just walked away and called the TV station. There was no point in telling my brother not to sign because I would not even get out of the gate; he would be the first person to say put her behind bars. Suddenly I realized I had been most unwise to ask if I could come to see Related.

Yep he signed the statement and entrusted his credit card to their machine for $27. Then he was told he could call the judge and arrange for a hearing sometime in the future. Give me a break. There are cheaper parking lots than this one. No one is going to waste their good time for $27 especially if they'll have to go to a hearing that has another $27 fine coming towards them.

The best way to go to the jail house is to take the park and ride. That is $9.50 each way for three people and you come out more than $5 ahead of their game with your mom's car untouched and its license plate record untouched. You don't have to sculk away in the dark not thanking your mom and hoping that your brat sister doesn't squeal.

That jail house is one block from a luxury apartment complex that houses millionaires. This guy told me it was so tight that he would come visit me and my sister every weekend if we moved in there.

I told my brother I will not come back to see Related again because most likely i will take both my hands and shake them at him and say why do you keep doing this to me. My brother and the wife were shocked.

I said look this place has the whole thing in reverse. The visitors are guests. There should be a plush lounge with surround sound and flat screen monitors. The inmate could just be buzzed into a video booth and voila. Or how about this? Instead of the visitors having to give up their IDs, their metal accessories and change and go through two hours of lines, why don't you make the inmates do that and come down to the plush lounge?

I'm way too radical to visit a jail house and come to think of it far far too rad to live in a state that appears not only to not have any jobs but lacks democracy. Westward, onwards please.

I have this theory if you gave everyone in the U.S $10K reimbursement of startup expenses (not via tax refund) you might get this country going. That it would be cheaper than the loans handed over to big bosses.

I had a business in my early 20s and in my 30s and 40s I had my own consulting business. The early 20s was a flop do wrong partner choices. The 30s and 40s was very successful. I hope to make the 50s a resounding success before their end.

Still I am creative before anything else and I am trudging along. I'm in a host of jealousies, sabotage and lashing outs right now. I'm wondering about it a bit. Like what did I do? or not do? I always initiate cleaning up and everything that is asked of me within reason I do. If I was the opposite, what would happen. Perhaps that is the Rework; how far can I get doing the opposite? Should be interesting.

I have these alternative plans: pell grant, ghetto apartment, food stamps. Maybe that will work in Houston even with out of state residents, but ghetto apartments in New York City come with rats and at least $973 a month.

Here I sit trying to get the best health care out of an unreformed system.

I'm a quasi liberal/republic with a heart of Major Independence.

??? meaning I try to take the best from everything and remain independent.

I wondered why I was billed $850 for 4 visits to the New York Presbyterian Audubon clinic in New York City when they didn't help me. I was desperate. I even wrote in my blog after each visit like what is going on there? I had backup evidence that revealed some wild things in my apartment were biting, trying to break my fingers and feet during sleep after days of sleep deprivation.

I always had hope each time. I kept renewing my hope in liars, landlord, his super and fake super and their fake exterminator and their league of Queens city department supervisors who presented with evidence refused to send out reports or help. What?

My sister for Houston, TX clinic. I asked her two weeks ago for help. She'd seen the cropped clips of a video showing me eyes closed shaking something off my hand. I have a picture that I took the next day showing rat bites on my left hand. She said each time I asked well I don't really see them.

I pushed the point and she said well they don't do specialties and she would ask them if they had sliding scale dermatology. The next day she said they did not.

My mom said I don't see why you came here if you were sick. I don't see anything in the pictures. You are just going to have to forget it.

Finally I was able to get one of my brother's attention. He said I am glad you are in Houston. We would never have apartments with rats like that and our clinics are vastly better. He shook his head when I spoke about my sister's clinic as an opportunity. He said the City clinics are way better; we have the best. He saw all of the rats (even the big one that blended in with the navy blue laundry bag behind it). He saw the holes in my head in the pictures right away.

political note: my mom and sister are leaning as far as you lean left on the democratic side and my brother leaning as far as you an right on the republican side. I am the complexed kid in the family of five children; four of which were all under the age of five at one time. I being third, middle with 11 months between my big brother and myself. I listen a lot then sort of pfft! and go look after my independence.

I did look it up online and found that Harris County Hospital District (HCHD) is one of the best in the nation. So I'm calling and I get a voice mail each time. I go to the site and try to figure it out. I rethink my financial assistance experience and figure it out. I have to mail a form and then wait to see if they are going to ask me to apply for medicaid or if they will even accept someone who really has no proof but a birth certificate that they live here. I have one mail that has a forwarding stamp on it.

I had already looked up the university hospitals and they charge $83 and before you get out you might owe about $800. So I'm thinking you know I will come out with value and that would be far far better than all the time I would waste with city or county assistance and what I went through in New York City.

Imagine you have about 50+ holes burrowed in your head from rats of all kinds and/or wildlife and New York City can't help you. If they can't do that what can they do?

I'll opt for UT Health Dermatology tomorrow. I had held back the suit papers as I was trying to get more health documentation in. I didn't need it. However these thugs will appeal and I want to make it perfectly clear to them that there is no grounds for appeal from the get go that they've been busted and clearly, there are more opportunities for busting to come.

I want to bust the city and the hospital. Then I think about my sister's clinic. Clinics are no good period. You have to be having a heart attack, a baby or a bullet in your brain. Yep it doesn't matter how much of your brain has been nibbled out by rats its not a bullet. The mentality is way down to the ground there. I'm glad I have the 4 medical bills and soon the medical records. We'll compare a world class hospital with one that just doesn't make the grade.

When I have these kind of experiences I always make a game out of it. That is Entrepreneurship because I have a game network that will make money as soon as I get a mac mini to upload and test. Before the rats made themselves obvious in my apartment I had created a game network with five games and it was either going to a venture company or I was getting the patents.

I would say that positivized pain has helped me give it a better name and I've added 10 more very useful games to my network. I've even changed the name.

Does Pain Drive Entrepreneurship I asked? I've read a lot of articles on entrepreneurs who surpassed their goals/beliefs and it does seem that some sort of pain spurred them on.

While writing this post I came upon a new game network and some more apps. I have one powerpall lotto ticket on the window in Elise's room (though overtaken by other generations). On top it has a crystal and below it has mac mini.

I told my baby sister, Sam yesterday that she might lighten up the paint in the entry walk area to her home.

You know take the best light producing pigments from the brick of her house and go paint. Add solar lights, maybe japanese ferns as they actually do add light though they are shade plants.

Later Sam and Mom came up to me beaming enlightenment and said they decided what I would do best for my life journey.

I began to guess. Idea person. Wrong and I am not going to tell you.

Yep my! All my vocational tests, explorations have stated 100% engineer, lawyer, forensics. That's what I have always done and the opportunities have waned with politics fat ass rearing up.

Paybacks for not wanting to be a spokeperson for insurance or an oil that I damn well know couldn't possibly work.

Life coach. Why? Because you are always trying to get people to see the best in themselves and pushing them along that path.

Wow! that is sure nice. Well I sure hope that works with the thugs in NYC because I want them to come down to the bayou while the alligator is passing by and jump for their treasures. pfft!

Its not like I fished for jobs and came up empty. After three days I got an invite to an office. They tested me and found me in the excellent range, top range. An agent from NYC wrote that this past Friday she gave me an excellent reference. She was at the bottom of the list. The company wanted the firms I was contracted to for references and not the contractor.

I applied to two more promising jobs. There is a restaurant opening up in midtown Houston and I hope to get some interviews that take me downtown after which I'll apply for bartender, though willing to take hostess. Laugh if you want but restaurant jobs pay pretty well on the tip side. It won't be long before I own a brand new condo in midtown Houston sponsored by tips. :P

Oh by the way my mom said she just loved good actresses because of the character in their faces and roles. I'm beaming so you think I have character. She said no because you are so dramatic. I said that's because I had a good role model.

We get along fine here. Its just that I meet much apathy for my rat wounds etc. No feeling or care or help at all. Its the role of being a plaintiff and you must be strong and realize that you really are so so many levels above the rest.

Trailer? For sure they were and they were called temporary buildings and some kids dream't to get out of mainstream and into one of those. I guess it was a bizarre cool factor that only kids that age can fathom. And-a we didn't have computers when I was going to school.

I can still remember I was in first grade. We were having a test and I had finished acefully. I was a great listener. All these students were coming to me for answers. I was teaching them why the answers were what they were. My teacher came and marked my 100+ test with an F. Shocking indeed so that I have remembered that unfair and uneducating act. My intent was to teach and her interpretation was cheating. I feel that this country obviously didn't get it at the time and never did. That actually I am the only one who still teaches and has ethics and the rest shame, shame, shame on you!

Now I am grateful for the generosity of the liberals that house me as well as take me to neat places like Galveston on the weekend with their dirty dog. Well did I ever say it was an oasis? Well pretty close.

But I have to tell you social hour with liberal cable often gets me into a wee bit of trouble.

The fact is that in my youth I learned computers in the summer working for the power boys of the town I was born and raised in, Houston, TX. I learned it on my own on my lunch hour and I used it during the rest of day. I also worked for the university basketball coach of the day during university hours and for the Dean of the Downtown School of Real Estate for the University of Houston. In that one year I achieved 30 year of credits and a whole lot of real life experience. I was also a model and that got me an invite to the largest modeling agency in NYC.

And there you go all downhill from there with myself back here in Houston with over 50+ rat holes in my head getting it documented so I can kick those damn yankees in the butt every which way I can and for as long as I can.

oh yeah and I have records from my dermatologist not too long before moving into that apartment. The upper eastside apartment where my neighbors told me there were bed bugs and be careful, calling landlord they asked do you have bedbugs because apparently they were too thuggish to get that the neighbors are telling me this pre-me. My forensic talents found spider beetles. The dermatologist (this is an elite dermatologist by the way, I got lucky)
reports that I had irritations and he went further to having his insect specialist investigate. She reported that there were no insects, or mites There were irritations that were explained only by contact dermatitis.
After discovery in the video I had to get my long luxurious titian hair cut because the monsters in my apartment (were they rats?) had made such a mess. It had been cut only a month before. The hairdress combed a divide and she looked sickened. I asked her what? She said nothing. She worked furiously afterwards. Of course I had been to the clinic 4 times and the last time because there was blood all over my hands that smelled like ash, I had just touch a head that hurt. What did they say at the tune of $239 well you could have touched anything. However my video already proves that my hands remained by my side; things touched me and I tried to throw them off in my sleep. Perhaps you might already know this but I mastered technology, became a principal developer and a corporate administration for this nation's largest corporations. I self mastered. I did very well.

I even designed a course for a computer club in Harlem that I mentored. It was an art course to take their hands off the computer and design their life.

Now I have not found anything in Mr. Obama's bill that speaks of self-mastery. Oh what a concept, education that doesn't cost money or require architecture.

I'm still awaiting for health care or is that health insurance care that might result in my getting into the health care lovelies club; you know getting the exact number of holes in my brain? Ah but I won't get that will I? I made over $8,000 and I just plain don't fit in a hole where I would get very good health care. The fact is no such hole exists as that hole is occupied 100% by the elite.

Again I do not read anything in Obama's failed bill about good health care. hmmm

Perhaps the Republicans have won a major point by using the word "Real" in their new bill?

Occupying Space and not Wall Street

My mom watches the cable stations that analyze Occupy Wall Street.

I think until these people are revolutionary people will just pass them by.

I know because I've been blogging about my suffering. I was just kicked out of my apartment by rats that the landlord did not want to deal with. I lived above a boiler room. I was lied to and told it was just concrete.

No one will pay attention to me even if I put it in TV. Oh but if I take them to court in such a way that weakens their lawyers. If I put the case to an international forum well then.

Until the Occupy Wall Street people actually demand something with a deadline nothing will be done.

Look at the Teachers Unions who lived across the way from City Hall. They allied with the city council members to finally get the mayor to admit he was all bluff and actually did not need to fire the teachers.

Oh hos! Instead he decided to install the rat information portal and fire all the exterminators. In order for a person to actually get the rat information portal to work for them they had to have a health inspector who came on a schedule to their home.

I haven't written because I've been having headaches. I never had headaches in my life until this rat thing where they are biting my head.

Good news is that I got an interview for today. Bad news is I had no way to get there as one sister had to be at work at 4:30am and a brother at 5:00am and I did not have a Rider card. You have to have a rider card and you can only get them in the mail or from a courtesy booth at a grocery store miles away.

Good news I rescheduled and today I walked to buy the Riders card.

I'm only in Houston, TX for two weeks but thought I would see if I could get a job here. The apartments are better than in New York. I found a smoke free apartment that is 600 sq ft for $750 and it is close to good public transportation (Montrose/Museum Area). It looks like I will get a job that pays more than what I was making in New York and instead of opportunistic timing it will actually be every day.

I'll stay if this works out. If not then its Westward Ho!

You know my ancestors, the Mellyns, Dutch founded New York City. When it became something different than what they pioneered for the moved on, eventually to Canada. Why not? They had plenty of money and should they have a quality life?

Well there is a 14 year old in my family and I innocently asked if they would like to join us at the Cullen Sculpture Garden. Basically I got read my rights with 14 year olds. 14 year olds don't like to socialize on given days with anyone but their friends and they don't really like to go to places.

Houston's Museum of Fine Arts (MFAH) and Cullen Sculpture Garden

Around 1976 Osamu Naguchi was commissioned to design the Cullen Sculpture Garden. Over a period of ten years he worked on the garden shaping it to its environment and community. In 1986 the Sculpture Garden was opened to the public. See MFAH History of Cullen Sculpture Garden.

The really nice surprise and touch to this garden is that it is a sculpture that unites the MFAH with the Glass School of Art/ Studio School (Junior School) run by the MFAH. An anniversary book was written later about the garden "A Sculpture for Sculptures".

I had no idea I was being attacked. Even when I brought the evidence to the clinic they scoffed

The city stopped bothering with me unless i got the public advocate on their tail.

The city NPR the landlord will get way with should have or landlord said she could move.

This is a violation of new York state real estate law as well international law.

Keep in mind I have pictures of large holes in apt The condition existed pre me and the landlord knew full well his last tenant ran. If he did not that of lends more weight to the fact that bothe the city and the landlord were criminally negligent with a dhcr tenant.

Why warm about the building garbage when you saw existence in closets.

I had a conversation with the super subbing an entire month for the resident super. He is a transient; homeless, unemployed. Yet the landlord put him in charge of two building.

The landlords exterminator had a duty to reort the rays and mouse he saw to the landlord. The sub super totally did not understand however the exterminator left knowing he was leaving me in an unsafe situation.

Could I move? I did not have the money I charged the whole thing once I saw the video.

I will be thorough on every legal level
. The city and landlord shall receive every single punishment that they have earned.

How can you work for a Labor Department that cheats you?

Why they bother to carry on for months and announce a hearing. Why don't they just say we are big losers and intend to cheat you and you can never win? This way we know well rats in our apartments, the most opportunistic employers by the color of your skin and aha cheaters for unemployment insurance. Well anything has got to be better than this. I choose anything. If you saw all the slime I put up with you would chose anything too.

The last labor lcase did not get a hearing for six months because the Labor Department used stalled tactics. Point of fact I did not ask for a hearing they did. Can you hear me down there (to the gutter)? Then we had our hearing and I clearly beat them in their farce. The Charlie Brown ALJ buried the case and did not issue a judgement. No surprise to me I took all his defendant lawyer bunk in its mass and demolished it with simple facts.

There is another case with these dears that I filed on appeal since October of last year.

I earned the stimulus unemployment Obama was boasting but never got it. That's why zed economy was never stimulated because O kept giving the money to the states and they kept it unless the person worked for some plowshare.

Lucky that I came to this 59th Street Library today. I would have to pay $14.95 for internet service in my $199 a night hotel room. I kid you not. It was not fresh, toilet seat had gunk, smell a bit dusty, the windows look out on white brick. The weekday rent is $350 a night. Wow!

I got a good night sleep and a great shower and in the end that is what counts. I'm not living here.

HE and I experienced worse at W hotel. We have never used W hotel since that time. Its amazing the lack of value in this city and yet they keep getting more money. I saw a hotel room for $1,000 a night, it offered no spectacular amenities. Who is paying this? Ah ha the UN security council is in session.

Back to topic though.

The book is Paul Shaw's "Helvetica and the New York City Subway System". A variety of seriif and sans serif letters and decorative elements supplemented by signs in terracotta and cut stone in the subway since 1904.

In mid-1960s the city transit authority hired the design firm Unimark International to create a clear and consistent sign system.

In the design world when you say you want your blog to be clear and consistent the first answer is Helvetica and that, is the answer that the City received from Unimark.

The book tells of the very long process of getting NYC's subway signage cleaned up with Helvetica.

I am checking it out and hope to read it when I am in the hotel with no internet. A good thing!

I like to think of Baked by Melissa as buds, taste buds. Nice 150 cal if you are counting and they ask you if you want the mint on the inside or on top. Its a brave venture among bigger cupcakes that is doing well if you look at the numerous outlets around town.

Isamu Noguchi lead an economic renewal in Japan with his electric paper lanterns. In 1985 Isamu Noguchi, a resident of Long Island City since 1960, installed the first single artist museum, the Noguchi Sculpture Garden in Long Island City. One year later Mark di Suvero established an ongoing laboratory for art in Long Island City, Socrates Sculpture Garden.

Today these two organizations "conceive new approaches to development in this area of Long Island City that Noguchi and di Suvero helped to shape". Their designs will be on display through April 22, 2012 at Noguchi Museum - Exhibit "Civic Action: A Vision for Long Island City .

Dance theater meets flash mob in this series of 49 second dance duets, solos, and group pieces that will leave its audience saying, "Only in New York!".-LMCC

He and I were sitting in the Astor Place Starbucks when we were delighted to see dancers push the Hand on the Walk Sign and Walk appeared. Oh but if, in every New York City pedestrian's wildest dreams... its an idea whose time has come!

Sing Sing Metro North station still under water; waiting for Go to Back to Work Monday morning

All I need to do is get on the Poughkeepsie Station Metro North to get to work tomorrow. My workplace (temporary) is an easy walk from Grand Central.

Right now the status is suspended. As a temporary I so need the Metro North to get me to work. If not that will count as a refusal of work. Unfair, yes but welcome to what New York State Unemployment is all about. But what? I forgot I have three days of work at the end of the week and yea! I don't have to file for unemployment next week! Maybe its a good thing about being in Ultster County right now. Come Tuesday I was already told by a personal visit to DHCR the Housing Court will immediately come down upon the entities that have denied me the ability to force the landlord to correct a disaster in my apartment or stand corrected. Its cold here, windows and rain. Residents can't get out of the community, their downtown is flooded and so are the roadways.
