Knock knock
Dang I had 45 minutes to sleep before I get up to do the appointment job. It made me sick that's why I am down on the ground a bit.
The super said ok I need to see your bathroom. I say ok.
Then he says where is it?
I say what? He said you said there was a leak in your bathroom?
Huh?
Oh that's right they management company has two whole freakin' days until I go to the D.A.
Lol. They have had two weeks to answer the HPD violations.
I say I have to look for the HPD sheet. You guys did not make an appointment.
He then says there were cracks in the tiles. Where are they? LOL I show him the gaping hole and the cracks that are obvious to even a Giant. He says I don't see it. I say the property manager and his guy were here last May and they saw this immediately. It was one of 10 things they said they would fix last May. Damn I am patient!
Then he looks up at the ceiling and says how do you want me to fix this? I say I am not one of you guys the violation reads moisture penetration. Then he goes on about black spots and if there was moisture penetration there would be black spots. He said he wasn't taking the ceiling down like you said. I said excuse me? I did not say anything about taking the ceiling down. Caught him up in his tomfoolery.
Well it went on and on and again he said he is going to be here at 9am. So I say 9am? He says 9am. I say 9am-noon? He says 9am.
Anyway we I get back from my appointment job I am going to HowTo on the web and print out what this guy needs to do for his violation. I am going to give the HPD guy a call and confirm what this super said.
Yea! looks like I don't have to go to the D.A. Good because I way don't have time!

My paralegal study is very inspired
My nephew has had a major wreck that includes some issues about driving.
My labor law case coming up ... tap, tap, tap.
My noise issue that I went through recently...apparently the neighbors have moved in a puff.. or at least they are faking me out good. I want to write something noteworthy that goes beyond media. It might help people. It is such a hellish experience, it consumes your energy.
Mainly about cigarette smoking inside New York City housing. This is the major prevention item for healthcare. A real healthcare program would address it. The federal government cannot give us healthcare by the very definition of its responsibilities.
Each state must address healthcare. Do you see anyone competent enough to do this at the helm of your state government? No? I thought not.

I was thinking of my long struggle since I made a decision to be a Jeweler
I would follow my great grandfather and his father, the Constantines.
They were great silversmiths. The Great Grandfather James Constantine had a store in Dublin before he took a cruise to America before the Civil War to Louisiana.
He was quite famous and rich for his gift of jewelry.
I'd been so inspired years ago holding his snuff box and took a design course at FIT. FIT will be the school that I will do a little under a year's work to receive my bachelor's degree.
The instructor at the time said that my raw talent did not need to go through all this that I should set up shop. I asked how he had aced Pratt Ph.D industrial design. Jewelry is more industrial design, its a mini-sculpture. He spoke of welding in his barn. I in turn went to the New York Artists League on 57th street and signed up for welding. Alas it was not to be. Not for lack of talent. I did produce gems but the combo of living in a cigarette smoke ridden apartment and the fire of the welding made me quite sick. I desisted. I came across a course that utilized hand welding, light welding and signed up. It turned out I was the only student of this renown German sculpture artist. She asked me to draw and she was in discovery of a great artist and tried to send me to renown curators. However my portfolio was software development, information technology so I could not get a fix on that one. Sure in seventh grade I had been awarded for beautiful flowers and pharaohs, as a five year old my hand sculpted flowers were sold while they were hot.
At any rate I had to put jewels on a back burner as the bootstrapping job that I was eminently qualified for, legal secretary and document production manager/supervisor was drowned due to age discrimination. When I finally found my way in I was always in demand and quickly promoted to the top. However...another financial disaster and suddenly age discrimination again...
I have no lack of talent or technical skills. I know my trades well. I keep up on them daily.
I'm sure that this new business endeavour will go well and unfolding in the bloom of it will be my jewelry treasures.
The only sad thing is my most creative time other than five years old has been burdened due to government, due to fraudulent Labor Law, due to negligent and harassing landlords (I believe that is a city government responsibility that the city is more at fault than any other. I have evidence of their liability.) I was patient at first and seeing that this quiet approach got nowhere at all I vigourously studied the law: city, state, federal, housing. That is why I am very qualified to work in property management as well as information technology or as a legal assistant. I am glad when someone discriminates against me because they have discriminated against others. Their place is in hell and surely would not want to be working there.

Sprinkles of Love can be inspiring
Lol I discovered Sprinkles of Love by passing a Dunkin' Donuts the other day.
I rarely imbibe coffee, but I figured I need a drink lol. At .99 cents a mocha latte with skim milk and def no splenda, I had discovered my cup of tea.
I saw these tiny hearts sprinkled on top of a chocolate topped donut (calories 250 (not like I am counting but it sure is nice to know that love isn't going to take you over the top) ).
I decided that yes whenever I needed a heart pickup I'll have one of these showered donuts.
The inspiring point beyond that is there was only one seat left in this particular dunkin donuts. It was all rainy and soppy outside. Its the day I have named the unfortunate Sarkovsky day. A woman moved her apple machine over a bit. I couldn't help but over hearing some of her high marketing conversation. I looked at her laptop. Interesting. I said nothing. I just called it inspiration. Many a time I have been down in Wall Street only to have a reporter from the Wall Street Journal dump a story on my sandwich :) Who'd a thunk it would be in a dunk?
A successful writer sitting in Dunkin Donuts next to this woman with a DKY pink raincoat eating shower of love donuts. lol.
Today I was on facebook because I get emails from some of these contacts. There is another Webgrrls meeting coming up. I went to rsvp and found that I would need to be a member. Now why was I still not a member? Oh annual dues $55.00 Now I am sure I could probably barter for that however I am using it as an inspiration. There was an ad on Webgrrls site for a writer. A very nice studio. Why don't I make that application my inspiration for earning that Webgrrls fee? I do so want to go to that meeting as it is sporting an innovative approach to moving a part of your business along.
The major dilemma of my unlaunched business is no stable base. I am working on it. Perhaps this is a push in a better direction.

I have three emails today 2 from democratics and one from a film director
All three are asking for money.
Only one person states some fact and that is the film director.
Fact: That Obama's Healthcare is a lie. It is insurance care. He's taking care of his buddy boys just like he did for their robbery of the American people. They are the only people receiving benefits.
Putting more people on a trash system such as Medicaid is liking throwing these people in the river.
Shame on you, really.
Will I give anyone money, lol, hell no!

A Driver with an Attitude or Just Doomsday
Not a Day at the Beach
Its 11:30am and since 11:00am you have been seeking train replacement, any bus that will remotely come close to the East Side. The next bus you are hoping to take passage on disappoints flashing "Take Next Bus". 11 buses with that very same message have passed this once joyful sojourner who has walked seven blocks only to once again be rejected by a driver with an attitude.
Driver: So, what do you want me to do! (rhetorical)
Trendy: raises hand to ear like cell phone and in the other hand a wadded up block bus ticket.
Driver: I don't want that!
Did I mention after the third bus the 103rd street number 1 subway station master was asked for some advice or redirection? She said "oh if three buses have passed already the next one will let you on."
Mind you we are not told why all this chaos in the rain is happening. Most of us reference the flooded stations, so flooded the other side of the uptown station was the only entry point this morning at 7:30am.
A freakin' guy smoking right on all the hopeful soon to be bus passengers. P-lease two years ago I asked Mr. Bloomberg's transportation department to p-l-ease take care of this. The answer? Oh I am so straining to hear it.
lol MTA travel advisories link is dead http://www.mta.info/nyct/service/advisory.htm 404 Page
I could not find out any useful information from any MTA authority or passenger. Everyone had a different story and all were quite put out. One lady told me that Sarkozy was speaking at Columbia University (later I googled to find the speeh re: new world finance rules, http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=125308132 ). The lady did not like Sarkozy and thought people with diabetes should have healthcare. The conversation is useful as this speech was happening around the same time as the other chaos.
I found only the NYTimes report that the 116th street was a possible suicide with no further details. 116th Street No. 1 is the Columbia University station.
MARCH 29, 2010, 12:16 PM
Around the same time in Moscow:
All I am saying is that MTA does not have backup plans, they do not have great response time. A disaster rethink and a no-smoking at bus stops is definitely in order.
However one plus is the new 8 hours no smoke propaganda ad campaign in the subways. I have difficulty with the slogan because it is smoker centric and so far in all these Bloomberg years catering to the smoker has accomplished little. How about next time:
It is a Crime to Disable Non-Smokers
Until then here is the slogan of the eight hours NYC no smoke subway ad campaign:
I like the slogan of the French no smoke campaign because I've written that so many times in my blog. The rest of the campaign? Not so much.
Finally making my way home in the muck, I noticed that Guggenheim had a line that extended out to Madison Avenue (a double, triple line blossoming with umbrellas). I did wonder was Sarkozy visiting the "Paris and the Avant Garde" exhibit?

The object is not to spend all of your time on fighting for benefits
I spend quite a lot of time on finding and training for a job.
Even though I am training for a paralegal certificate, the least likely of the grants I submitted, to earn a job, I expect that I will work as a administrative assistant or in property management.
Working for a law firm or an information technology firm would be highly discriminatory, impossible.
Today I found a promising jobs search site. TweetMyJobs.com
I found a position that I will apply for within a second.
I hope to find an employer that provides benefits as well as some kind of time off. I hope not to find a continuous of employers that hire you hour by hour and provide zero benefit. I hope to avoid further discriminatory practices and exploitation.
When I have been in that job for a year I will no longer live in this pretentious dump. I will buy a place through the New York City or any city for that matter's First Home Buyer's plan and use the benefits for a first time buyer loan etc. This pretentious dump and pretentious public assistance is soon to be buh-bye. There has to be some decent human beings in this city. I can't believe that all we have raised here is the dump.
You know that working for years at a place as a top notch worker and then they say we don't have any jobs when you apply or try to apply. One excuse was that a lawyer wanted an employee with 10 years labor experience. One evening about a second before going home the exploiter asked me to do overtime for a labor lawyer. Within a minute's work that lawyer said this is fantastic work. He said he would put in a recommendation for me. This was the lawyer they were trying to find assistance for, the one I was passed over for.
Did you notice in the ads that lawyers aren't doing particular well. Their clients aren't doing particularly well. That there are no new hires in these law firms. Like I say after years of exploitation they will fall and I will rise.

Are you being served? How well does the Government serve you?
After all their job is not to exploit the system and take advantage of their new found power to their monetary advantage. lol
Folks today the New York State Department of Labor benefits system is down due to technical difficulties.
Must be too busy dumping people from the system.
I worked three days this week and I need to see how I am or am not to claim it. I am on Zero Benefits lol is it yet another set of rules? I am doing the job that no one wants to do because they are afraid to lose their Emergency Benefits. Its a government job and they too exploit. Its an outrage what they are saying that we can work an hour one day and an hour another day. Its a laugh. How can they recognize and punish exploitation and discrimination when they do the same. I am just sitting quietly and keeping mental notes. I will be doing the excellent job I always do. In our training there was a final quiz question that was very important. It tested on two important points. No one including the teacher ever got it. I guess that's because I include years as a trainer, technical writer and corporate administrator. This is a very low level job indeed. How would you expect good work if you don't train correctly? Big question? This question applies to all government jobs and now my experience is truly understandable. Low standards and poor quality.
I was thrown into dire circumstances due to the cheat of New York State Labor Department. I have appealed their determination as well as applied to my State Senator and taken direct steps on my own before, during and ahem like when did you think you were going to do anything useful for me government?
After several levels of the New York State Labor Department (NYSDOL) they told me that because I had worked temporary assignments during my Emergency Unemployment Benefit Period (of which only six weeks were taken though they erroneously claim 13, the period is the first Tier and its 20 weeks). I now had to claim regular unemployment benefits. They could not calculate any so they claimed I was not entitled to unemployment benefits. To show what a great fat ass they were they invented zero benefits and said it was the federal government's fault. The federal government makes the rules. Right ask any Senator and he'll give it back to the City and State. Toads. NYSDOL knew full well what they were doing. That very week of their verbal response to me they had the media write that the unemployment rate had gone down 3% due to their miraculous efforts. i.e. they tossed out people on discriminatory basis only. Did anyone notice today's California papers their unemployment is 13.5%. lol they don't throw people out of the system.
Facts are 1) I was on regular unemployment benefits during which time I worked the same client's temporary work. 2) I was automatically thrown into the Emergency Unemployment Benefit Period without any instruction as to do not take temporary work like you always have because we are the fattest pig discriminators in this country. We create classes of workers and allow our employers to fully exploit them.
3) A requirement to receive any kind of unemployment benefit is that you must search and accept offers for any kind of employment. After so many weeks its any kind of employment, you do not have to be trained. I have done so. Have the permanent people who I worked right alongside of all these years done so? Look on the internet and you will find that they have not. They have been discriminating. I am being punished for what I have done all along follow the rules.
The New York State Labor Department will undoubtedly lose as you can not be inconsistent, exploitive and discriminating. Oh I indeed have more important points to make but I will wait until many months from now when the Kangaroo court is in session. When I win this I will pop a suit against the department for damages from not only this case but the last one. It will be a billion dollar case. I have it sitting here waiting, tap, tap, tap. Can't wait to finally give them what for so many years they have truly and justly deserved. They are predators of the worst kind and should be discharged.
What was the New York State Department of Labor's final utterance to me, something two other employees stated to me? That you are only entitled to unemployment (laughing, exactly and you have made up zero unemployment for this occasion) and you are now eligible for Public Assistance. ahem my Emergency Unemployment Benefit and the regular unemployment benefit before that entitled me to Public Assistance. I just did not take it because Medicaid was such trash and a waste of time. Such a fight over my rent.
This time around I did visit this public assistance thing. Temporary assistance is $240 a month and they will require me to come in daily for back to work. What happens to my hard won grant and back to work. They said we don't care. I asked to speak to a supervisor who further illustrated that they had no assistance for me. One shot deals are only for the employed or families with children or the disabled. I had already found a month ago that Food stamps were available because my rent was so high for my circumstances of $66/week - $1100 a month rent.
The rent is for a square space with one window. The HPD inspector said check with the buildings department about this because I think it is illegal. Lol the buildings department would not even know and they don't care. I did not bother. If they can't save us at a HPD coop where there is no heat in zero degree weather they can't help me here. This is a townhouse where an ambassador resides, a townhouse that has made me blind through illegal extermination, thrown bed bugs into all my things and caused me whelps, the above neighbor urinates through my ceiling light fixture, the next door neighbors are put out because for the second time I asked them to turn down their 100 db radio program already having played 2 hours and the time was 11pm on a weekday. Their son comes to use the apartment as a commercial music studio, practice and coaching space and his noise is a constant six hours of 90-120db and can go up to 12 hours. His band played from 2am-6am on a weekday night and the police were too busy to come and take a look. I found out that the police do not deal with internal noise and they will not come out, no matter what. Would you want them to anyway? They have the same kind of sound meter that I have. Well yes because a copy of a ticket will go far. I will not waste my time. I have taken the meterings and next time they make a noise I have to take six months of correspondence to them, the landlord and record of telling them twice and the diaries, and the pictures of my sound meters. I have base level meterings. When the heat is on, when the refrig is doing its thing, when a plane flies over, when there is noone making noise in their apartment. etc. The Buildings Department has equipment that will measure octaves. Even if the measurement is 45db if an octave is over that a violation is charged. The violations are not worth anything as far as fines. However in a harassment claim such violation copy goes far. The Building Department will listen once you have proven the dbs. I have done so. There was no heat for the past five days, temperature inside during day 55 and outside 35, they are 13 degrees outside of the law. Currently my room is 77 degrees because a powerful person must have asked them to turn the furnace on. The HPD inspector found five emergency violations in my apartment a week and a half ago and there has been no response.
Do you get what I am telling you? That $1100 a month in New York City is not living in a luxury apartment. It is worse than subsidized and Section 8 housing. I am telling you that the New York Labor Department has condoned for years law firms hiring on the base of race and age and exploiting their workers with the words "on an as needed basis", written un-invitations to all social events of the firm and dropping you for a week after three months and then picking you up again for some more of the same. This pattern is allowed for years.
Public Assistance in New York City consists of a 60-80 day wait for Medicaid to say sorry you are not qualified because you have $1100 rent. Easy food stamps because they recognize that you don't have anything to eat. You can thank Obama for that and you can also thank him for the $25 a week stipend he gives for unemployment. He did this for Wall Street Bankers, I guess I should thank them.
$50 one time only HEAP payment to pay your monthly $47 bill which consists of a minimum payment of $15 plus surcharges and delivery charges. Con Edison recently notified me that I will receive a reduction on this minimum payment oh joy can't wait to see what the surcharges and delivery charges on that are.
The truth is that for six years I was eligible for food stamps and Heap and Medicaid and because Medicaid denied me this right I did not look into the other. One battle with the government and the other with a landlord and working anytime during 24 hours every day were way way too much.
They stole the most productive years of my life in their discriminatory misery. I will seek justice in every corner. I will prevail. The world shall know everything before I am through with them in every legal forum I have available to me. Republicans and Democrats both are responsible, they shall be held accountable.
I do have to ask what good is food and con ed if you don't have a place to live?
I hunted down such housing assistance through HUD and NYC and found that indeed there would be no housing for me but mixed adult homeless shelter. You know the places where they strip search you, check beds and you are in at midnight and out by 8am. Lovely reward for working all these years buckos. Lovely reward for someone who is not only physically and mentally superior to you but actually has great talents, skills and experience.
Folks today the New York State Department of Labor benefits system is down due to technical difficulties.
Must be too busy dumping people from the system.
"We're sorry, we are unable to serve you at this time due to technical difficulties or scheduled downtime for internal processing.
Claims for weekly benefits made on Sunday are for the week ending that day. "--Yours Truly New York State Department of Labor

The new health law puts the health insurance industry in a limousine with a driver
"The president also said he doesn't believe voters "are going to put the insurance industry back in the driver's seat. We've already been there -- we're not going back!""--http://content.usatoday.com/communities/theoval/post/2010/03/obama-to-pro-repeal-republicans-go-for-it/1
Look we are not fools in this country. I will not pay for insurance because it is b.s.
So far this is how medicaid works for me.
first applied March 2009 in mid-May I was told I was denied. Why? Because my rent was too high as the crowd of people receiving subsidized housing were standing behind me in line. I knocked some sense into medicaid takers. I gave them about 10 sheets with my by then moved, new address. On about June 6, 2009 a document signed June 1, 2009 was sent claiming I had insurance since March 2009. Why not stamp in red your government is a liar and cheater?
It was not until late September 2009 that I actually could use the insurance because not one single doctor would take the insurance. Sure hospitals looking for guinea pigs would take me in their male doctor English not first language only clinic. No thanks.
What I got into was a cancer hunger industry. I.e. they require people to take "routine" tests and then state that they have cancer and then bill you for it. You have to fight. I did. That fight took until December 2009. Finally about January 2, 2010 I was finally going to be seen for the problems that I had. A broken foot and a wheeze. I was told that my medicaid had been cancelled. I have a 4" binder of fighting the insurer and medicaid on just about everything. How ridiculous and puny minded you are. I have a prescribed mammogram and I am billed for it. The excuse was that mammograms were not an emergency. I am told later by the very same entity that I do not need precertification. Lol either way. Did I pay a cent? Hell no! Did I pay for an entire year's worth of insurance in my time, my precious valuable time? Hell yes!
So what did I do when I found out the insurance was cancelled?
I called Medicaid to find out why. The reason given was that they had sent a renewal in less than 4 months of use and I had not returned it. Two lies in one sentence. Too much! I gave those retards my new address in person on two different occasions. I also called them up continuously to change it. They are retards!
Secondly I wrote my congressperson, Chuck Schumer. Because government officials are only placecards in the system I also looked up earned benefits seedco and found out I had to go to Henry Street Settlement. Huge mistake. I had to go to three separate offices. The last place said they only screened for the medicaid after taking the application. They would take 60 days. We are in about the 40th day. I am so waiting because I plan to blast it all over Twitter, Facebook and all my blogs. Let the world know the cheat that is our healthcare plan.
A month later Chuck Schumer had forwarded my letter onto New York City councilperson. Another huge mistake. Several weeks later they tell me that my medicaid application has not been filed.
Then they were talking about having it backdated. Oh great just keep doing everything that is not advantageous at all for me.
At any rate my only thought is should my bone pierce my skin and should I continue to cough up blood I will go to the ER. At the ER they will only try to make me stable and charge me triple whatever they can. I will not pay. I will ignore them.
This is the turkey system we have and that we will continue to have. Why?
Because Obama and his Damnocrats have provided limousines for the insurance people.
I will not pay a penalty for not purchasing insurance which I cannot afford. I will sue the government the day they place a penalty upon me. It is a supreme court issue. It is not legal for the government to sell insurance or any other product to the citizens of the United States. But yet, aren't they now in the business of selling cigarettes via the FDA?

Health Care Reform - by any other name A Penalty
So much for the lawyers going after the health care bill on its constitutionality as to the tax.
The tax folks is a penalty and it is not an equitable penalty.
Once again its the rich folks can do but the po' folk can't.
The cases you will see will be what is happening now, families with children receiving medicaid, and singles making far far less not receiving anything and being penalized because they can't afford insurance.
Like I said very poor work product, no thought, just kissing up to insurance companies, insurance care. Bah!

Wracking up the Counts of Harassment
Today I went out for a walk and met up with one of my neighbors.
She pays about $300 more a month and has an apartment twice the size of my apartment.
She has lived in her apartment a month and already she is planning to move out. This is the way these landlords make money. They keep the deposit. That will be the day with me though. I always go after them; I always get my deposit back from these rat bastards.
She is receiving the same treatment as I am. Leaking ceiling except she was not told it was a toilet leak. The story she received was that the roof was leaking. Hmm we live on the 2nd floor and well there are 5 floors.
The supers treated her the same way they treated me. They stood at the door and said there wasn't anything they could do. She is reporting to the property manager's attorney yet she sees no progress.
She tells me the neighbor below me owns my apartment. Yet my lease is with the property management company. The broker told me this was a sponsor apartment. The people below me have told me not to vacuum twice. The property manager forced us to buy a vacuum. Something I could ill afford but I managed hoping that the bed bugs that this stupid landlord bestowed upon us would go away. It turned out the neighbor below did not want me to vacuum. After 5 minutes at 7pm on a weekday he said stop it. When I said that it was for the bed bugs he frowned and said aren't they gone? Then this past Friday I was vacuuming for the second time at 2:30pm on a weekday and his wife asked me to stop so she could take a nap. Aren't they lovely. They are the owners of the barking dog.
The neighbor above has not pee'd into my ceiling light fixture again, it has not been 11 days. I think they are mad at my next door neighbor but they don't get the location. When these next door neighbors are making their racket the person above is hitting at the edge of my wall. The people stop and then they go on. The upstairs neighbor through down a beer bottle on Saturday. The people stopped their 3 hour long non-stop talking and guitar playing and again continued on. I'd never do such things. I just wait. In due time all the evidence will be complete and the count of harassment will fall upon my landlord's plate.
I have to see what the HPD inspectors writeup will bring from these landlords. I believe nothing and they will get a violation and so what? They haven't paid the one from the environmental department over a year. No doubt that one will be wiped away. I however plan to use the writeup in my case of harassment.
My basic sound db meter will come soon. I will record the toilet and the next door neighbors. Wracking up those counts of harassment.
What a joke New York City has become. Many people in my current building as well as my last and definitely the one before that were suffering under their landlords, they were living in unfit conditions. The landlords had a deal with the courts and HPD and Building department. Isn't it so faux that we are the one paying their real estate taxes if in fact they pay any at all? I'm sure to get the better of them. I took a big whack last time. This time I will do total damage. Never underestimate the pro se.
Toilet not working for 9 months
Refrigerator not working from first use for 3 months.
Bed Bugs for six months and other bugs like tree roaches.
Urine showering from the ceiling twice (nothing done)
Cracks and holes in the seams of the apartment since I moved in.
Rusted medicine cabinet which they had said they would replace (HPD can do nothing)
Tiles in bathroom cracked and hole in which cigarette bugs mice etc come up since moved in.
Yep these landlords are losers and I do so wonder if there are any winners out there. Blah!

Bah! on the Congress -- stupid health plan
Maxium penalty would be 2.5 percent of your household income. $1300 for a family making $52,029 a year.
And who gets the $1300, why people who are on government insurance, that's who.
Sounds like families. The email I received states that this plan will take care of the New Yorkers hit the hardest, families. In every HRA (Human Resource Assistantance plan) and for that matter New York State and New York City plan you are told if you do not have a child under the age of six you will have to fend for yourself. Huh! All my life I have been paying for families with a child under the age of six. What's up with that?
hmm well let's see I'm discriminated by the system on my age and yet denied Medicaid have to fight for it. Less than 5 months they take it away via blatant lies about not renewed. Folks renewal comes six months to who? Now its 8 weeks or more until I will receive it. However they will shave those months off of the year as well at the end and in the middle its pure unadulterated shit, the service is crap! However if your foot is broke you are really hoping to get some care that would prevent it from getting worse. And if you are spitting up blood well uh duh you just want to know why.

So yes, can you get health insurance for $1300 a year? absolutely freakinlutely not!
This is a stupid plan and it laughs at the Constitution. This Congress took well over a year on this. Most people would be fired if they produced such poor work product. When are we going to fire these people?
I hope that the Supreme Court is filled up with cases against this plan. It reeks not of Democracy but of Democratic. There is no hope that I will ever vote Democratic or Republican. We have no representation in this country. Oh wait why is it that I owe $450 city and state taxes when I was unemployed and living way under the poverty line. Well, uh, duh, uh...with no insurance.

I am too busy fighting the Labor Department, Medicaid and my landlord to deal with the Constitution. You suck!
What happens if I don't buy health insurance?
Under the health care overhaul passed Sunday, most individuals would be required to buy a minimum health insurance policy -- just as most drivers today are required to have car insurance. This policy won't kick in until 2014, however. After then, if you don't buy insurance, you would have to pay a penalty on your annual income taxes. The reconciliation bill in the Senate would start with a flat penalty of $695 per member of your household each year. The maximum penalty would be 2.5 percent of your household income. (That's $1,300 for a family making $52,029 a year, the median household income in 2008.) The penalty would rise with the cost of living in future years.

Why Does Michael Arcuri's Issues link not work?
I kid you not?
On Michael Arcuri's House Represenative site - Issues link = http://arcuri.house.gov/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=50&Itemid=57

Michael Arcuri is stating that his constituents are all telling him to vote no up there in Ithaca. Interesting. I think the understanding is that voting yes is a stepping stone to correcting the petty items that Mr. Arcuri is objecting to.
"My opposition to this health care reform package is based on three items that I feel are essential if we hope to make insurance affordable for those who don't have it and lower costs for those who do have it.

- Doesn't allow Medicare to negotiate drug prices.
- Doesn't remove the anti-trust exemption for insurance companies;
- Includes an excise tax on high-quality health insurance plans (i.e. Cadillac Plans).
Isn't it true that no matter how you vote, the vote is only about insurance care. I say vote to not hold it up. Let the Supreme Court cases begin.

Work from a week ago bears some fruit
I am starting to get calls from cover letters and resumes I sent out.
They are saying temporary. I will go. Let's see what they do when they see my State ID.
I will be keeping a record this time. I will be taking it to the Labor Department.
Lol I told an agent about a firm that is using a certain software and asked if they would be training. I told her I had read a book on the subject written by a former trainer of that firm. The agency wrote back that when you are fluent call us and we will send you there.
Too much. First off I have been using that software at home to create my legal brief and documents for seven years. I read the book. That means I know it.
I worked for that firm as a lead operator on three IBM platforms for three years in 1978. What a dunce cap? This agency does not give benefits and they lie about the pay rate; you have to fight them for it. If a client is harassing you they try to get you to stay and they deny you unemployment benefits when you finally leave after doing everything you could to cure the situation. Wasn't this the agency that chose me to be the outsource migration supervisor for a rather large law firm? Bah! onwards, not backwards. No offer has been made.
The reason why I have spectacular skills and expertise in technology is because when the job no longer met my needs I removed myself. They always asked me to train someone or offered more money. I did train my replacements. However money and great adventures met me at the door. Tom Stoppard writes for every exit there is an entrance. So true! I believe if I had not had such horrid landlords I would have had splendid jobs. I can't wait to own my own townhouse. Sooner than you think.
Still like I say keep your enemies close when you need a job.

Some progress....faith in the City restored
Well certainly today's housing inspection was nothing like the only other one that has been done in my lifetime. The last one was court ordered based on superb photos via the first Sony digital.
The landlord kept saying to the judge that is not my house. The judge finally said why did you waste Ms. Miller and her lawyer's time? You have not told the truth because you have given conflicting stories here. [p.s. this is the landlord that was waiting in the dark of my apartment for me the evening after my financee moved to another place. He came up and kissed me on the cheek and said now we are alone. hell-o?]
The same landlord revealed that during my work jaunts as a consultant to a major software company's campus just outside Stamford, CT and Sweden, he and the girlfriend he wanted the apartment back for had made use of my bed and my bedroom.
He just got a lecture and that's all. The inspector found 102 emergency violations at that time. I just waited in a room for the results. He was self-led and self-motivated. You know when a housing inspector finds a nest of 50 rats it sort of hyperventilates them. I told that stupid landlord so many times and he said every building in New York City has rats. The landlord always left me to do the repairs and actually I made an award-winning garden in the back. When I moved-in it was a glass-shattered and poison-ivy ex-bonsai planting farm of a deranged bonsai artist. Well at least that is what the landlord told me and drummer boy.
Today the inspector had my one complaint. I don't really like to accumulate a bunch. I try to get the landlord to do it and thus far I got a toilet fixed after 9 months and a refrigerator replaced after 3 months. Perhaps my efforts helped the barking dog and for sure my second visit to the next door neighbor and mini-lectures in my room on noise caused some reduction. Still the noise that I can complain to the Buildings department and then on down the line to the Environmental and District Attorney is very much present.
When today's housing inspector left I think he had eight major violations. He wanted to put down more but I said no that's okay. I saved the landlord a bundle of money that's for sure. It will not be appreciated, count on it. I have detailed pictures from the day I saw this apartment, a second time, a day before I moved in and every excrutiating cleaning effort I would make for the next five days.
I did do a bit of research to spur on the arrival of an inspector at my one room, one place = $1100 (they have mojito math that says its $1400 a month though). I called up the Code Violations office :)
It truly was a high energy moment when the inspector was told that today both the super and the assistant super with access to a ladder and a bucket and cleaning tools refused to do anything about my apartment's recent two urine leaks from the ceiling light fixture. They had come to my next door neighbor's to clean up a leak there.
First the super mocked me. Now I am starting to take this personal because for the toilet he said he would be here at 8am on a Monday a couple of weeks ago, so be there or lose out. He did not show by 9:00am. I called him. He said he had an emergency so he could not come. So I asked when would he come? He said ma'am I have an emergency. Then he states to the side I can't believe these tenants. I'm going to hang up on her and he did. He showed up at 10:00am and put in the volcano toilet. Its the perfect specimen to give to the Department of Buildings each flush is well over 95db.
Today he said what do you want? I said you said... he interrupted and said I know so there is nothing to be done. I said over 14 days ago... He said it was not 14 days ago and he walked away and said if you are going to be that way.
hmm
About five minutes later the assistant super knocked at the door and asked what is wrong? I said the firemen came and turned off the breakers and took the cover off of the light ceiling fixture and the leak happened a second time and no one came. He said ma'am its not going to happen again. He said the firemen did not know what they were doing. They didn't need to do that. [That is the part that was high octaine for the inspector.] He said sorry we can't do anything for me. I said just like the toilet. He said there was nothing wrong with the toilet. I said get real you don't think I have 10 notarized affidavits stating that they witnessed flushing the toilet at least 10 times when it was used? I do.
They both walked away. Then the super said we were just trying to be nice and you are so angry. I said there is a huge difference between angry and incredulous. The super said do what you have to do. So yea I found the code violations office and did what I have to do.
Now the Monkey team has to replace all the walls in the apartment and reseal the ceiling, replace the tiles in the bathroom, replace the foyer ceiling and replace the ventilation. That's just for starter's bud.

The Luck of the Irish is gushing on the Upper East Side
Molly's Pitcher Ale had wrapped around lines.
The bar on my corner (I can't tell you) is looking for one slugger of a drunken night again. You cannot traverse the sidewalk as there are so many green smoking circles. However I was not dismayed. I am very happy for them. Good to see people come alive again, to be excited about something, anything. It is inspiring.
Manhattan weighs heavy on its northeast side tonight. The Irish have invaded.
Look at the map for all the possibilities.

I'm thinking now why was it that I did not take my bartending class as planned? I could have been rolling gold coins. Yep it was the luck of the Irish about one of the you know who and you know whats. Obviously I have not been listening to little men wearing green with gold coins. My clover will be turning up soon, its time.
The luck of the Irish?

don't forget to listen to little men dressed in green and bearing gold coins ;)
The luck of the Irish?
WikiAnswers see the irony.
"It is an ironic phrase. The Irish have been, and are a spectacularly unlucky race. Some trace the origin of the phrase to the US where, during the exploration for gold in the West, there were a high number of Irish people who got lucky, and found their "pot o' gold" in the gold fields of California, or were equally prosperous in silver mining."--http://wiki.answers.com/Q/What_is_the_origin_of_the_term_'Luck_of_the_Irish'
I finalized two strategies just now and sent off you know what to you know who
and if you don't well sorry mum's the word. I think I will actually start cleaning up this blog this weekend.
Sometimes you know you ought to win however the law is the other way around.
Its never about why you should win its about why the other party should win.
Bravado gets you through until the final draft and then its cutting the hedges to reveal a glorious landscape. lol
At any rate this is a splendid letter that sets great groundwork and you know someone might get dizzy because you do have to use your brain.
Nuff said.

Have you been served?
If its about New York City neighbor noise probably not, probably never....
unless
unless
you can talk sound DB (sound decibels) to 311 enough to direct you to 911 or visiting your local police precinct with db data, diary and lease.
I figured out a way to get my measurements cheaply. I'll never be able to do anything about the talking. I've already advised and asked my next door neighbors to keep the noise down after 10pm ever so politely. They have not considered or complied. In fact, they lied.
The musical instrument and band practice are items I can do something about as they are specifically detailed in the lease. I've asked the property manager via email and person several times with a very reasonable waiting period in between. Alas he does not know how to converse or listen and he thinks giving me a working toilet in less than 9 months and as of yet two weeks without lights unreasonable.
A great sound metering company has put the perfect data chart to bring with you to your police social networking event.
http://www.reliabilitydirect.com/RDIStorePDF/RDI_DecibalChart.pdf
If you owned your apartment, a condo, you could use a sound barrier. Alas not even a coop unit owner would be able to do this.

I believe my best bet is with the police and the district attorney. Negligence is a criminal matter and it has its day in criminal court. Its a serious matter not to be taken lightly. Harassment, assault and battery by noise and urine showers are just a few of the counts I have against these landlords.
So my diary will now have db measurements by the events. If a noise is over 60 db it will be entered into the diary. It is a full time job plus overtime to rent an apartment in New York City. The apartments have no value, they are debit value. This was not ever the case until Mr. Bloomberg first took office. I do so hope he leaves after this term. Since a lawsuit was already brought against him I could not do anything. I had a far better case against him running this term than the one entered.
Amazon has the best price on the cheap sound meter that starts measuring after 60DB. With shipping its $30. It will not pick up noise until 60db. It is definitely going to pick up the boomer and his barking dog downstairs and I believe the couple that is staying in the unit next door. A digital picture of the dbs will be just fine as the digital time and date is on your photo. Your biggest fear is of being bored to death by the police when they yet again go to City Council and request that citizens not be allowed to measure their sound environment. Remember when they made a similar request that citizens not be allowed to measure their air environment? Quelle Bore!

I found two more clauses in my lease that support that the Landlord is held accountable
for the inhabitability caused by my neighbors.
I kept a diary on their major and incredible disturbances since the unit owner moved in about five months ago along with my letters and emails to them and the landlord, my 311 calls for help and my in-person visit to the neighbors to ask them to keep it down. They did not. They also lied.
The noise did not stop. Tonight I have no idea what they are doing. It is however in-your-face noise that does not allow me to sleep. Is it their radio, are they having coaching? two voices on a speaker, a man and a woman and chords of music. The owner is rarely in the unit. He claims his son is there practicing occasionally. Yet today a woman and a man and not the son are there. There was this bag lady who followed me into the building, right up the stairs and then when I tried to open my door she said you are in my way. She did not introduce herself. The smelly baglady and a man I do not know are on a speaker.
Just when I think finally they stopped. They start up again.
The two additional clauses in my lease:
"11. Objectionable Conduct
As a tenant in the Building you agree not to engage in objectionable conduct. Objectionable conduct means behavior, which makes or will make the Apartment or the Buiding less fit to live in for you or other occupants. It also means anything which interferes with the right of others to propertly act and peacefully enjoy their apartments, or causes conditions that are dangerous, unsanitary or detrimental to other tenants in the Building. Objectionable conduct by you gives Owner the right to end this Lease."
The above clause is applicable to my next door neighbor and to the neighbor above me. Actually it applies to the neighbor below me as the whole neighborhood is after him about his barking dog as well the dog barks for hours at a time. However that has stopped for the most part at least in the characterization of what it was doing the last month.
"Page 15 Rules and Regulations
Noise
6. Tenants, their families, guests, employees or visitors shall not make or permit any disturbing noises in the Apartment or Building or permit anything to be done that will interfere with the rights, comforts or convenience of other Tenants. Also, Tenants shall not play a musical instrument or operate or allow to be operated a phonograph, radio or television set so as to disturb or annoy any other occupant of the Building. No construction or repair work or other installation involving noise, which work may be permitted under the Lease, shall be conducted in an Apartment except on weekdays (not including Legal Holidays, Good Friday, Yom Kippur, or Rosh Hashanah) and only between the hours of 8:30AM and 5:00PM"
Well guess the all parties mentioned above are also culpable under this clause.
I wrote the landlord four months ago about the disturbances, following up several more times and twice in person. This is why unfortunately I will visit the District Attorney's office and see if there is any part they play. The City has been negligent as well as the landlord. Particularly in the case of the battery and assault of the bed bugs and the wet electricals of which they had full knowledge but have let linger for 14 days to date.
These people next door are talking on a speaker and they are playing music. The police won't come and honestly if you had $0 would you want to spend $99 on a sound db? I have to go down and talk to the police precinct and the fireman's precinct about this tomorrow.
When I spend all day studying as well as looking for a job its incredible that I also have to fight as my lawyer and defender to have a habitable place to live, such inhabitable place receiving $1100 a month. When the lease provides for what I am requesting the law must deliver post haste. Like a little red wagon I must drag it along home to justice. It sucks! :P

Dress Up your Resume for the Offer you Want
Exactly.
That's why I do not put lead a team of 35 techies to complete a 3-month installation in 1.5 months saving the company $45K and increasing nationwide productivity by 15%.
Developed and implemented slide show application years before PowerPoint and saved company $60K in immediate training fees and 25% increase in immediate production.
Created a business idea for a company that is now enjoying multi-millions.
Yes these items I will not put on my resume because either been there done that or been there and burned by that.
At any rate I finally came up with a mini-bootstrapping business that I can live with (actually let the VCs live with it cause I am getting 52%). It will support my rise to power. :P So I really don't need to do plastic surgery on my resume.

WHO organization regarding noise and NYC still does not do a thing
NYC is required by law to do something.
I just called about an apartment in midtown, hope its not a scam. Its half the price of this one. I'm tired of paying all time losers $1100 a month for obvious junk, golden showers from the ceiling, bed bugs and a multitude of others including tree roaches (I have no food in my apartment, all of my things are in air tight boxes and I clean my apartment daily), oppressive cigarette smoke and alot of barking and flea ridden dogs in the building. Anything has just got to be better. Before Mr. Bloomberg we did not have this swine nonsense. Its tough living under a monarchy. Some say Mr. Bloomberg will now try to buy the Presidency. I feel comfortable knowing he has a loser marketing guy spearheading it. What a relief.
Perhaps the police mentioned in the article and the quote below are just not into their job?
They must take the call after three times. The noise is assault and battery.
When they arrive they must have sound measuring equipment that they place in the window and the noise can not be imposingly over 45db. Excuse me a neighbor does not talk for hours on in and not for six hours in the morning, so the comparison that 45db is the same as a neighbor talking is just as dufus as the New Yorkers who walk on the street waiving a lit cigarette. Duh!
I will give references later I'm just way too tired as the ass neighbors next door had their radio on all night and early morning and even now plus band practice. You should see them they even look like creeps. I asked them in person two weeks ago to keep it down according to signed house rules, numbered pages in the lease. I wrote them a letter describing what it is like to live in my apartment since the moved in seven months ago. The guy who owns the proprietary lease for the unit said he would keep it down. He lied about his son. He also said his son comes to practice sometime in the apartment. Hello his son lives there and practices whenever and how loud in the hell he likes. I informed the property manager, the blithering idiot mentioned in previous posts three times in writing and twice in person a couple of months after the freaks moved in. It took me that long to measure the sound and to be sure it came from their apartment and also really seeking forgiveness for them the beginning of each day only to receive a slap in the face by day's end.
Here is the WHO quote and you know who, Mr. Bloomberg, sits on Who:
"Calls to 311 are referred to the police for non-emergency response, but the police cannot do much, since there are no specific laws about making a racket in one's own apartment. Officers often arrive on the scene hours after the disturbance, and the most they usually can do is ask the offender to turn the volume down -- and the person can turn it back up when the police leave."--"City Turns Deaf Ear"

I just listened to that break the poverty NPR
Skip the details they are not important and they define what you do not know.
I have a niece who graduated at the top of University of Texas. She did not have a two-parent family in the house. She had the supportive grandmother in the background. They lived in poverty. "Your father's keepin' a secret from you"
My daddy had a bachelor's degree yet only my two sisters completed a degree(s). None went higher than a bachelor's. One achieved CPA in the top ten highest score in the CPA exam's history.
We did not have an after school program. We did not have computers. We did not get special treatment. My parents were never on public assistance because they would never dream of not holding up their own. My daddy told me don't go to New York City it is a welfare state. He was so right and I do regret now coming here. I never knew that they would wind up cheating me to my death, that they would purge me.
I came to New York City at a young age in poverty but self-sufficient. I didn't even think or would never dream about public assistance. I climbed fast to the highest spot in technology. Technology means growth and that is why it means many companies during that period. Politics took away my opportunity to have a job within 1.5 hour each way distance. It took away the opportunity to enjoy being an accomplished woman American in my work environment.
I live in dire poverty. From day to day I do not know what the next week will bring. I do many things everyday to pull out of it. Age, Gender and Race discrimination solutions are what I need to break my poverty. My age is definitely not determined by how I look, act or interact. It is soley determined by the racist State ID card.
Yea so break my poverty.
I mentored the Harlem IBM club some years back. They loved what I did and asked me to stay on. No pay of course. I was in dire poverty and I knew there was no perm job there. However I came because I saw that I had made a difference and I could make a difference. I designed a very important art course for these kids. Unfortunately my one contact left and thus even the check they wanted to give me was lost in the dust of all that. At least I know I made a difference and that difference will spread. There are no rules, no details, no guarantees. Structure really does not account for the successes.
So its good that these people are making a difference. I just hope they don't get caught up into thinking that they've got a formula. They do not.
Every single New York State and City program is designed to annihilate white people below the high income line. I would truly hope that those breaking poverty in a small niche do not lose sight of this fact. For if they do, then as I experienced living in Central Harlem, they too will be come racists and discriminators.
I have something to say about what is in my email today
Once again a plea from the Clinton Foundation.
"Emergency supplies for the people of Haiti; hospitals where there were none in Rwanda; increased economic opportunity in Columbia; the list goes on and on.
These are real solutions that get to the heart of each challenge, saving lives and providing hope across the globe. And that is why I am writing to you today"--Madeleine Albright
P-l-ease. Mr. Clinton's Foundation resides close by Central Harlem, a neighborhood I lived in for eight months and know intimately. Tell us what you are doing for them. Please tell us how you will increase economic opportunity in Central Harlem or remotely speaking, even ME! see Breakin' the poverty pattern
I saw an employment advertisement for the Clinton Foundation that I could have applied for except Spanish fluency was required.
You know it would not be a bad idea if the Clinton Foundation lead the way for local resources by applying to their Hunka Hunka New York City Small Business Solutions for a grant for 10 or more employees to take Business Immersion Spanish. Some of the New York City institutions that offer Spanish immersion programs are John Jay College of Criminal Justice and NYU SCPS. I dare say they would be more than happy to customize a course for the needs of the Clinton Foundation. Think of the publicity.
Hire ME and I'll give you part of my salary for your other country woes.
Make Clinton Foundation a Be Better organization. New York State and New York City WorkForce1 programs do not offer English speakers the opportunity to receive a grant for Spanish. Oh I did try. Be Better!
New York City and New York State give so much help to non-English speakers? WHY????? BE BETTER!

Well, ha! Again, did I learn anything if you don't tell me what I missed?
For sure I missed the driving distance question. After all I did say I have never had a driver's license. But logic? But no. It is unethical to give that question anything but a glance. I'm sorry but I defy those who drive. I never got to know my great granddaddy nor did my dad. My great granddaddy was run over by a drunk driver as he was walking on his street the day before my beloved daddy was born.
My life would have been far far different if my great granddaddy had been spared the rottenness and meanness of a driver. Not only do they pollute the air we breath and the ground we walk but they are basically asses on the road.
My great granddaddy pioneered the West Coast and had a lumber camp in the State of Washington where he met the direct descendant of George Seoule, the youngest signer of the Mayflower pact. They pioneered the way back from L.A. (job with the highway department ) to farming in West Texas. Bravo!
So yeah I don't give a damn about your driving question because I have google. When I was 19 I came to New York City on my own with very little. I paid my way. I never took public assistance. But no I paid taxes for people who lived here and were on public assistance. More importantly I gave New Yorkers directions on the quickest and best way to get to their destination when they asked. I applied to the United Nations as a conference typist. I was given a special appointment with the Secretariat of Conferences or whatever. She wanted to know how such a young person a perfect score on international politics and geography.
If I am chosen and there is a good possibility that I will not be chosen as I did not put down that I read Spanish, Arabic, French and Latin. Ya! I lived in London, France, Sweden and the barrios of Texas. What's the point? I don't speak them and refuse to do so. English is #1. So Hispanic speakers will be chosen before anyone else, then veterans and then disabled people when applicable. They asked us to tell our neighbors. I laugh, the info you sign for says no convicts, no delinquencies on taxes and no non-citizens or permanents residents. Nuff said.
I don't care either way I exercised my right to take a job regardless if its only going to be for three weeks sometime in 2010. Regardless if the fat asses at NYSDOL are going to count off on me for that. They are ridiculous and they will be held accountable. You will see I will rise and they will fall.

TAP - another opportunity to get training
Let's see since I really did not get the training that I could actually use from New York State and New York City WorkForce1 (Seedco.org) after all those months of lies and double talking from tgen, I think I'll give TAP a try next week after I have completed the useless training.
Just be sure that whatever you read in the media you can triple or quadruple. They base their numbers in the NYSDOL pool. The NYSDOL pool dumps every quarter. They are robbers and liars. Look at how fat and ugly they are.

Might as well hang on to the last crumb as long as I can. I will finish my application to FIT today. I will take the one year associate degree in advertising and marketing. Pell Grant, unemployed? yep now tell me I can't have. I'm just waiting.
If you want some training off the TAP just search for AARP WorkSearch or if in

I am totally amazed at all the lies of New York State and City.
I just researched for my upcoming appeal in the kangaroo court and found huge discrepancies in the unemployment NYSDOL reported in January and the one BusinessWeek reported.
You have to know that I am definitely not the only one that NYSDOL dumped illegally in January 2010.
They needed to bring the unemployment down or lose their job. Instead of losing their job they took yours.
Just be sure that whatever you read in the media you can triple or quadruple. They base their numbers in the NYSDOL pool. The NYSDOL pool dumps every quarter. They are robbers and liars. Look at how fat and ugly they are.

Still reviewing my appeal notice to NYSDOL
This is a simple statement I am making.
What a blast I will either be living in a cardboard box or in a homeless shelter for mixed adults when I fight these devils. They will still lose. Then I am taking them to New York Supreme Court for jurisdiction intervention. When we are through we will have a Supreme Court case about their little tea party with corporations, their ghetto worker plan and their age discrimination.
God watches. He will not let them not be held accountable. I wish that they will burn in hell for their continued ignorance.
Strictly that I was granted Temporary Emergency Unemployment Compensation (TEUC) September 2009. During that time I was offered three weeks of work by my temporary employment agency. One week of that work was billed to January 2010.
On January 2010 NYSDOL stopped the TEUC and required an unemployment claim. The unemployment claim could not be made of course because two weeks was not enough to calculate a regular employment claim. They knocked out an $8,000 quarter in 2008 and the two week quarter in 2009. They tried alternate calculation, nothing. They gave me zero benefit of $66/week ($51 after taxes). Tell me how to pay the rent with that please? I was told that now I was eligible for public assistance. Actually I was eligible for public assistance last time because my rent was too high to sustain myself. I did not know that. I did not apply. Instead I borrowed from my solo 401K. I sustained myself on that loan.
Do not think I went down without fighting. I contacted the Commissioner. Her office did not answer so two weeks later I contacted a supervisor. She answered two weeks later. Then I contacted my state senator and a whole month I am calling them every week. Their contact calls me I agree to have my agency send data that they don't have. Imagine its on my income tax forms but the New York State Labor department can't manage to have my employment records. This has gone on for a few years, still no correction. My agency faxes the records. I follow up with a statement of the issues. I receive a call a week later and the agency fax has not been receive. I arrange for it to be sent to me and I send it. The whole point was to have the authenticity of the agency fax. At any rate nothing, nothing was changed. The same thing about public assistance. No help, no aid, just buh-bye that they are right. I contacted my federal senator though I do know that they cannot intervene for an individual. Still they can provide contacts. They did not. Just as with the medicaid nothing. I wisely registered for a new claim four weeks ago. Just four weeks ago. Then it will take them four weeks to tell me or to fight me. The result is that you have three months of insurance of which you will not find one single doctor who will take medicaid. Why should they? If they bill $200 Medicaid will pay only $19. You would think that since I have never been in the system of unemployment, medicaid or even food stamps until 56 years that I would receive some grace. No what I receive is my death warrant, no time of expiration but the facts are that I will not survive.
This is what I mean by purging. There is no work with my agencies. They would give it to me if there were. I began the New York Labor Department IT grant review on April 2009 on my efforts. I was not required. In fact if at some later date the department required me to do so I would have had to do the whole thing over. Still I did it. During the whole while I was sending out 2-3 resumes a week. I never even got an interview. I know my resume is perfect because its been through classes, SIBL, my course instructor, friends, agencies. Its age discrimination.
Also in New York City the media reports one job for every 20 people. If the media is stating that you have to triple it. One job for every 60 people and most of those jobs go to insiders. The jobs inside are being cut and people are competing for the job inside. So please get real with your piggish attitude that because you have a job somehow everyone else should. The State only needs 1/100th of the workforce at the New York State Labor Department. They won't have a job if there aren't any unemployed. They do not need the verifiers or the clerks. They need to cut out the paper work and use their automation correctly.
I had three grants reviewed and the last one finally granted only a few days after the New York Labor Department basically told me that I would now have to live in a homeless shelter. Public assistance in New York City is basically time consuming for really nothing. $240 a month and daily attendance in yet another Back to Work program. No one shot deal if you don't have a job and until you are already in eviction. They want to make sure that your credit is ruined. I have kept my credit excellent during the six years. I have had to live in devil apartments these years. Its very much like saying you will never work in this town and someday you too will die in a cardboard box. They are also saying that I will not be able to finish my certificate because getting to the beginning of the cardboard box stage takes alot of effort.
They are incredible pig asses that's for sure.
Here is the mission of the New York State Department fart faces:
"DOL Mission Statement"
New York State's Labor Department vigorously enforces state labor laws to provide a level playing field for law-abiding employers. We work aggressively to ensure a fair wage for all workers and protect the safety and health of workers and the public. We assist the unemployed by providing temporary financial assistance, connect job seekers with employers, and build a workforce that helps New York's businesses compete in today's global economy."
HPD at fault, they have done nothing
Ok so yesterday I checked up on my 4:40am call to 311 on Saturday, March 13, 2010.
I only saw electrical problems complaint but there was a second page and it stated plumbing problems, water leaks.
I guess they were trying to do the best they could for me.
However, the complaint was that urine was dripping out of my ceiling light fixture and breakers left off as the fireman left them. No light in bathroom, hallway or kitchenette for going on 13 days. About 4-5 8oz glasses worth of urine was the size of the drip. When the urine had been on the floor for a couple of hours the floor turned black. It was not water leaks. The electrics were working just fine until who or whatever decided that one time was not enough and spilled urine down their floor into my ceiling fixture for the second time in 11-day span.
1) the super did not inspect properly or covered up for the tenant
2) the tenant did not tell the truth (still the super did not inspect properly)
3) the super did not do his duty to my call to him the first time. He just stood outside the door and said there was nothing he could do until the urine dried in the ceiling and on the light fixture. 4) the super is a blithering idiot
5) the super did not appear or call or make any kind of an appointment in the 11 days that followed the first urine shower upon the apartment.
6) the property manager was advised of the super's actions the first time and the second time.
7) the property manager only responded once after the sabbath on Saturday that he thought it was unreasonable that I would expect the super to be at my apartment at 4:40am on Saturday.
8) the property manager is a blithering idiot.
So lets see HPD did not call nor did they show up. Their policy is they will inspect the apartment from 10pm - 2am within the next two days. House rules in my building are for silence after 10pm (except apparently for the next door asses who are playing their radio loudly at 12:34am right now. I already asked them to keep the noise down, is once not enough?). Also I do go to bed at that time.
Still I wait and it is the third day and the HPD do not show up. Not only do they not show up, but they do not update the five 311 complaints. The 311 people must have really wanted to help me. I think they were doing their best to get an inept department's attention.
So now what's next with HPD they send a notice to landlord. Then two weeks later they send an automated message to me asking whether the problem still exists and to call them. Then when you do not get the automated message because it is buried in your archive they send you the letter that "you failed."
HPD besides just being lazy inept asses are blithering idiots. They did not help me with the bed bug disaster and I am quite sure they will not help me with yet another case of negligence.
I am trying to get to the District Attorney tomorrow. I have other bases to cover first. Soon, hopefully tomorrow.

take the 4/5/6 to Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall
As to my IT grant I am already way ahead of their schedule. Today I will be half way through the course. My goal is to complete it by next Monday.
Yea so that way I can be doing two Back to Work programs. What are they going to do teach me how to scrape other far far lesser people's dogs poo from the sidewalk?
Age Discrimination folks, pure, unadulterated age discrimination. It is what is wrong with New York City. Look at the people on the subway going to work and how they behave. Its a pity. One woman got onto a crowded subway and blocked the way for people to get out. When I said you have to move. She said she couldn't. When I found a way out she pushed me. This is the kind of creepy people. This is why America and New York City are sinking and they will not recover.
I will rise and they will fall, they are falling so fast. They have no experience, they have no manners and they definitely have no intellectual processes. Its just a matter of time by their own hands they fall.
There is a god and there is hell to pay for purging people. New York City is purging people. Let them be held accountable.
