I looked up the temporary job opportunity at Census 2010. A valid driver's license is required. lol never had one and that will be the day when we are required to have one. I will call up the office nearest me though to ask if I may apply. oh and another laugh they will reimburse you for mileage. I'm like who can afford a car on a temporary job dole; its insane.
I am not required to apply or search for a job because blah! I am not on Emergency Benefits. I am on Zero Benefit. I am on an IT grant review thus not required to search if I had to. blah! The course is interspersed with assignments to submit jobs and writing samples. blah!
Today I looked for a job on Craigslist and found one that was not for paralegal. I applied for it. I will probably get a job that has nothing to do with paralegal. That I already knew for the Labor Department does not want to give you an IT grant if you are of a certain color and if you push them they will give you one that you are far and away above. You will take it though because a new dated certificate will flabbergast your employers when they ask for a "recent" grad.
Yes blah! Have you ever tried to read the garbage information on extended benefis at the New York State Labor Department? Whoa! they need a writer.
When you talk to them its very hard to differentiate their variety of truths. Over the phone I was told that I had been on Extended Benefits. They said 13 weeks. How strange? Yes it would be because I had to win the right to have unemployment and it took them seven months to get the case to their court. Over half of what I earned was paid within a week of the decision then it was 12 hours later in my mailbox.
Today they told me they don't make the rules the federal government does... oops that not in the truth sector. The federal government presents some guidelines but leaves each state with the duty and freedom to make up its rules; apparently as they go along.
I was asking them about Zero Benefits. I can't find it on their site or any legislation. They then said they can do anything they wanted and that's what they decided to do.
If I was under regular benefit compensation and then forced to file a new claim and then I was not qualified to file that new claim under the Emergency Compensation what would happen?
This is the version I was given. I am on Emergency Benefits for 13 weeks and single-handledly kicked myself off by taking temporary work. Because I followed the rules I was no longer eligible for Emergency Benefits. But wait Emergency Benefits? They said Extended Benefits. Feeling sorry for the poor sob that I am they gave me Zero Benefits, $66/week because they say that I can go on Public Assistance.
Ok so I go to the nyc.gov web site and it says call 311 or HRA. I call 311 and they read me the site. I ask why do they have that purple box to call you when you just give me HRA's number. They say we have 311 Special Assistants. I waited 10 minutes and hung up. I will call HRA tomorrow.
Don't you think it odd that my Senator, NYSDOL, every single one of the four agencies I have been dealing with know that $66/week would make a person who had been a ghetto worker since 2001 destitute? That I stated my case clearly to them. That not a one did anything or suggested anything. Only one health agency said the only option open to me was a homeless shelter with mixed adults. Of course that was a please don't hate me because I am beautiful case and I reported her to her supervisor.
I will call this HRA tomorrow and I will call the Census 2010. I will file my appeal for a hearing to the NYSDOL tomorrow. I've written the three sentences that lead the way to the yellow brick road, a journey that will take a sparkly six to eight months. I do so not for myself but for others. I also love to hate cheaters. It is my passion and it works well for me in law. Somehow I manage to uncover all the necessary facts and law. I am fueled by their continual waste of my time. Its almost as if they are trying to deter me on my path to success. They could no longer lie to me about the WorkForce1 grants and finally had to give me one as I had called out every last one of their excuses. Lol they gave a six-month course or more a one month deadline. Wicked. Sorry buddy I'm almost through. Oh as I was dangerous before in court well consider me a triple threat lamos. Unfortunately for you and me, I will be applying at least one hour of focus on this case a day.
Employment cases are statutory and therefore I am entitled to attorneys fees if I win. I wonder if I can get the last case's fees. I will request them. blah!
