HEAP for the most impoverished $50 a year

I spent three hours on getting heap and in the end it was just as exploitive as the company they are going to supplement.

Con Edison charges me $47.10 a month for less than minimum usage. I am at way below poverty level.

The letter also is poorly written. It says they've directly paid Con Edison the $50. Subsequent paragraphs say if your name is at the top it might be in your food stamps. That if the payment is not used (basically because you can't figure out how to) it will be removed within 90 days if not used.

What a laugh! What a bogus system.

New York State Department of Labor robbed me. They try to make themselves feel better by stating that now I can receive public assistance. What is public assistance? $240 a month. I am already in a Back to Work program. It is a program that I was never told to enter. I on my own researched and entered the program. Not one document from the NYSDOL tells me to enter it.

As soon as I was in that program that is when the Labor department decided to take away 9/10 of my benefit. Why in the hell would I want to be in another bastardized Back to Work program for $240. I do not.
