Well there I deleted some gripe posts last night

and I plan to relocate the other dark posts to one of the many domains I own. Well to be fair many people have written me that because of my writings they knew so much more about the laws and governance of New York City and they were glad they did. I'll keep kicking some ass in the castles in New York State I just am not going to sacrifice this blog for it anymore.

I was thinking of blogging again. Really blogging. I have to check Westlaw and see if our Gov, your honor not the shoe thing again's Amazon law had affected just having a few sponsors. Would their products that are sold anywhere in New York City be taxed more than just sales tax? Perhaps the Freelancer's Union will be having a seminar on that.

The above thoughts give me incredible nightmares; not another legal issue to add to my 6" binder; I don't think they make anything bigger than that.

hmm

Still I am determined to give back the best to trendy this week.

I was thinking of some of the people who have commented on this blog (BOT)'s posts and some of the magazine editors from abroad and even in the United States who linked it up. Well duh, some people don't even have that.

So I went to the Brazen Careerist to just read a successful blog. Yes this is great, she keeps the tempo up everyday no matter how down matters might be.

I love her twitter three days ago about someone I should know but didn't know. The author of "You are Not a Gadget Manifesto." I love manifestos and this is one you should not miss. Jaron Lanier is right on target about how the crowd thing has taken away the individual thing and basically we have a bunch of followers in this country for sure. That is why there is no momentum no matter how you apply the shock pads stimulus package.

I bet you Jaron Lanier [author of "You are Not Gadget Manifesto"] saw triples in traffic the day that Penelope Trunk [author of Brazen Careerist] wrote:

"Fighting with Jaron Lanier live on BBC. Then BBC cut me off to shut me up. I was thinking he's an idiot, then I saw he's keynoting at SXSW."--

With the above twitter word limit you get the essence of who Jaron is and you want to know more. Now that is art! That's exciting.

100% will take time but I firmly believe you have to have some velocity going despite all that is down if you ever want to get up again.
