How strong are my Yes answers, very.

lol Sales experience, you sell yourself in all your jobs and the bartending class is all about upselling.

Salary Range: not specified

Benefits:
Complete medical pkg, 401k, employee meals, etc

Its a go. I'll use the key words for all my yes answers in my resume as well as cover letter.

Before each day has ended I will have sent off a minimum of five answers to these ads.

Its a job and it requires capital. I have no capital.

BTW my fixing the radiator seems to have taken, its just like the toilet and the refrigerator, just dragging them along.

Its an acceptable 79.4 degrees with 27 % humidity and the windows are shut.

LOL I should be the property manager for the company that handles this coop, I know all of the New York State law and regulations, DHCR, Section 8 and I know a lot about repairs and preventative maintenance. I know a heck of alot about how to handle tenants as in all the crappy places I have lived since Bloomberg I listened to them alot. :P losers!
