These are scammer property managers applauded by the top real estate magazines and business week as being successful. Hmm how come all the residents in this building talk about them and what they say is scammer stuff.

Yes the super said that the refrigerator needed to be replaced. He would ask the property manager. Nothing was done.
On Monday they made this big deal about being here at 8am. There super speak was not of anytime from 8-noon arrangement; it was you better be here at 8am. LOL like my experience with having any appointment with this super is zero, none.
At 8:45am, 45 minutes after the super's fixed appointment I rang him up. He says "I have an emergency and can't come." I said "when will you come?" He says "ma'am I have an emergency." He further states "these tenants are something else. I'm just going to hang up on her." and he did.
lol yesterday's post. The Super and his assistant came at 10am and replaced the toilet. He says "anything else?" lol I guess that's training for every customer service person nowadays, ask but don't mean it.
I say "the refrigerator, look, you turned the knob to 3 and all my food was ruined, frozen and molded." He calls up the refrigerator repair service. Why? because that is what the property manager had told him on Friday and he had not done it. They say they will come. I ask when? A great attitude comes upon this super. He asks them. they reply tomorrow. I ask when? His face gets angry. He asks. They say 11-4pm and I say ok. I mean what else can you do? yawn...
The refrigerator guy comes at 12:30pm and he immediately states the refrigerator has to be replaced. I ask him "who will you tell? The super or the property manager, the landlord?" He replies "the landlord".

Now I already had written the property manager over a week ago about the refrigerator, the heater and the toilet and received no answer.
The only reason I am having sudden progress since their scammer promises of over 9 months ago is because when I heard that super fixing the next door lady's radiator I'm like oh come on. I said when will you fix the toilet in my apartment? how about my radiator? how about my fridge?
Lol so now we are stuck with each other, and they are trying to figure out how to get out of it. Their success principles state to never put one drop of money on the sponsor apartments. To harass them until they leave and drop their two month's deposit. High turnover is necessary for this formula to work. Scratching their head some more, why hasn't this formula worked with her. We must increase our harassment. The guy below me, the barking dog owner, said that this coop was a very rich coop. Get the picture?
The super on time and his attendant were here only two minutes and in the middle of the toilet the property manager calls them and says don't waste any time there and gives them another job that is more important than having their tenant have a toilet that flushes on the first try. They don't mind that their water bills are sky high, each time I used the toilet I flush from 6 to 15 times and still there is a problem. I also have to clean the toilet each time and it does not do that kind of flushing. Well that's over now, as of yesterday. Now its one flush and extremely loud noise, its like a big sucking machine. Too much.
I showed the super the thermometer showing 85 degrees, I told him the radiator was making unearthly noise. They knew it was hot. The refrigerator man could hardly stand to stay. Geekboy knows; he was sweating here this weekend.
The Super's response to the radiator was nothing. No matter how I asked or explained he said nothing.
Come Thursday I will be down at HPD's office with a recording of the musicians, a sound monitoring, a recording of the radiator sounds and pictures of the heat settings. There is no way they cannot just say no further action needed.
The HPD and this landlord are in quite a mess, their actions are no less than harassment, discrimination and negligence.
I wonder what did I do. Because from day one they were harassing me. Wonder no more they do this to all of their tenants. One tenant told me they said the bed bugs were in her mind. I have an email stating that I am crying wolf and that there were no bed bugs. However this is a response to them stating I myself never said there were bed bugs. Your bed bug beagle, your notice and your neighbors said there were. I had severe whelps due to something and they were in the pattern that bed bugs leave. I have pictures of everything that has happened in this apartment as well as all the correspondence and diaries.
I am not ready for court as I have one more medical report and I want to see what these people are going to do about the refrigerator. I am giving them plenty of time well, to hang themselves.
