Why is it that Emergency Fund and extended benefit people never have to suffer an unpaid week?
Why is it that they are paid more than $66 a week? When I work I make 12x that amount. I live in New York City and my apartment rent is $1100. That is a minimum apartment. The toilet doesn't have to work and bed bugs are ok. I know for a fact that people on welfare have their rent paid. So like what is up with that?
Who can live on that?
My unemployment benefits were exhausted yet the NYSDOL has gone ahead and issued me a determination of $066.00 a week.
I guess it made them feel better to put 3 digits in there.
If they think for one minute they are getting away with it, think again.
They have a holiday tomorrow, I do not.
Come Tuesday there will be hell to pay.
I am keeping a diary of every bit of time and money I have to spend on this claim and I will bill them for it.
Last time I did not. Hey while I am at it I think I'll battle the court over their fraudulent $200 deduction from my win. The only reason I did not go back and fight was because it was not worth my time. They said that they felt it was disingenuous that I could not find work in January 2009. Their charge is out of context with my large win. They just did that to get me to fight them and I did not take their dare. LOL If I am going to be there anyway well then I'll just put a clause in for that too. What a bunch of loo loos. Real Losers.
