Qualify and get an interview are two different things.
Will give it my best resume workover.
You never know.
I always try to keep an open mind, though this has been done every day for so many years.
I'll never leave the city, I'll never live in a homeless shelter.
This landlord wrote in response to my affirmative reply to his question if there were still bed bugs in my apartment (like aren't you suppose to check?) that I could move out without penalty.
The problem is there are no more $850 or $650 apartments on the market. Manhattan is where you will find the best deals. I've looked everywhere. If you don't have a job you will not get an apartment. That is why these landlords abuse me because they think they have the upper hand. I've contacted HPD and they never show up. Upon followup they say they came and noone was home. There was no note left and I was home. Experience proves they are incredible liars.
So we shall see what happens.
In my entire time in the city there has not ever been one month that I did not pay rent. Landlords have ruthlessly stolen from me but not me from them.
