Can't leave the only window in this apartment open because there is oppressive cigarette smoke coming in from the building smokers as well as workmen in all the yards. Also their is cigarette smoke coming in from the closed radiator.
God I hope they are not working on the plumbing illegally.
Wouldn't you think that after a year they'd paid their fine. Proof positive that there is a building buddy boy system truly alive.

Yep you rarely see a red violation on a building, I said to the broker when discussing this building for rental. He said he never heard of it. It must be a mistake. Just as he said there was no smoking problem in the building.
