LOL right I was asking for a general answer ROFL. I replied back
"f you read Obama's passage that the New York State Labor Department has quoted (in my original text) you will see that your response requires a customized approach.
Obama states that the unemployed will be given special consideration with the Pell Grant. I read that in Texas 100s of beauticians were covered by the Pell Grant at beauty school.
And for your information I have one year of college credit and would be able to certainly pass advanced placement and experience credits.
So what you are telling me Obama doesn't really know what he is talking about.
