Do Social Network Games Exploit Their Users?

Let's face it, there is no social network game that stripped of its users is worth its weight. If there are no users then there is no game.

When a user needs one more point to beat their adversary, well the game company just pops up their micro transactions screen and make payment by credit care really easy. Its just like the casinos.

I am playing Mafia Wars and no I did not use the credit card. I saw an offer by FRS that offered anti-oxidants known for helping with the kind of enormous pollution that NYC offers inside its apartment buildings.

The offer stated buy our product and we will give you 102 Mafia War God Father Points. Yes, that would do the trick. I could beat my adversary soundly and get them off my back. The ad stated within minutes and that's exactly I was wanting to do this deed. Well folks its been about two months and there have been no God Father points forthcoming. I've gone through every level of both companies. FRS throws it all on Facebook. Zynga stated that they were elevating the matter, however they were just shuffling words.

The product itself is the lamest. Its very bad for your health with the first two ingredients being sugar and corn syrup. I gave them to a friend because they made me sick and they found that the product made them sick also.

But wait didn't FRS give me an invoice and haven't I submitted emails from them to Zynga that confirm that?

Sounds like a lazy ass answer to me.

I've put a notice on the site that if anyone else has suffered from such problems to please inbox me. Undoubtedly there are many but they will not want others to know that they tried to get some points to get the advantage.

Game companies count on this element.

Get real there are so many people with two and three accounts on facebook that service their mafia wars needs, obvious credit card supported accounts, who cares that's just the way it is.

I say its time to do a class action on game companies that exploit their users.
