Already I have to go through slimey judges, then slimey doctors? I can win this case that's not the problem. They consume my time at their whim and its cost me way more than what I settled on, all the filing of papers and copying and the cost of proving the oppressive cigarette smoke, the personal sacrifice.
I have a best seller about how New York City is so not smoke free so I'm sure I'll eventually get the damages that way but really, its more to change things that I wrote it. Would you want people who are hundreds time less intelligent than you trying to criminalize you? No you would not.
When I told everyone what that judge wrote and said they said unanimously that she should be removed. Its the ick factor of it all, the creepiness. I just couldn't take it anymore with this new addition of bed bug infestation slime landlord. I wrote him 30 days ago that he must do something. Well he did something he wrote instructions that would entirely ignore my circumstances. Now he is trying to set me up. He made an appointment twice to exterminate. Both times I was in the apartment all day waiting and there was no show. Then the company waits a few days and then writes a letter that I was not home and a) they are going to drill a hole in the door and charge me and now b) that I haven't cooperated with them by providing access to their exterminator so I am in breach of their lease. I'm just waiting for their eviction notice. Can't wait to see the greasy judge evict me. Let's see I pay my rent every month, I was here to let these guys in (though not required to by the lease), I have never changed the locks and I am not responsible for these bed bugs (they were here before I moved in by every neighbors witness statement). This is what the City of New York is, a big bunch of crooks. You can't call 911, or 311 or any of the junk you read on Yahoo!. That's why they call it Yahoo! answers, because its for Yahoos! All they do in New York City is keep a bunch of data, if they like it they print it if they don't they don't print. End of story. You can't even have a meal a day here anymore, groceries cost as much as eating out. The taxes are almost 9%. Its shocking when you see for everything you buy that once tax is applied you can't afford it. Food stamps? Are you kidding that is only for those making $9,000 and less and then only if you have children.
I know all about New York City I've been here for all of its financial crises. Something is uncomfortably wrong about the last eight years. At times the stores and vendors have suddenly doubled the prices and kept doing so and they are allowed. The quality of food is horrendous. Here on the upper east side its just big blobs of food on a plate, nothing refined, the price quire inflated and the tax. The homeless are just sleeping on the concrete on every street. When I arrived in New York City in 1972 old people were going through garbage cans to eat. I think its worse than that now.
If New York City was really smoke free, you would not have to be on your death bed before they said yeah will help you with the 100 smokers surrounding your apartment and in the public areas.
That is why it won't be long before I'll leave this Hell Hole City that I've lived in for 35 years. Yeah if you can make it in New York you can make it anywhere, right. I was already made when I came to New York, I gave to New York, not the other way around. What BS it is. I've lived in every major city in the world and made it, so what. If you are slimey people who cares, I don't want to live with you.
So I just have to take care of this last flea bag for where I live.
Then I am out. I am so happy about it, feeling so much free, soon I'll never have to think about the garbage bag city that tried to destroy me.

oh yes, and there will be a book, nothing stops me now. I will reveal every slimey law firm, every slimey New York City department and councilmen, all the non-profits that would not help. All their phoney reasons. How it is to be a pro se in civil court and what you really need to know and do. Yes it will be a best seller, because its real and it happened to me.
I think of all the people I helped in this city, all their causes and they never lifted a finger for me, their number is up, because I'm not helping them anymore.
